I waited to rate this place in case it was a fluke, but goodness, every time I come here everything is flavorful and delicious.Sure, it's another food truck, but something about this one stands out. There hasn't been a single item ordered that I haven't enjoyed. Even getting the loaded fries, they kill it. On the money, every time.(The fries don't warm up as leftovers well, and there's a lot for note)The dude that runs the front is also great. He jokes with you and is very personable.I'd say the cost is medium to medium high, but you're getting quality food, and I don't even honestly look at the cost when I order from here. There's a few folding tables here, so don't come expecting a seat during lunch or busy hours. Parking is in the same situation.

I just ate here for the first time and they have the best Mexican food I've ever had in my life. You can tell the detail that was put into seasoning and cooking the food. I am definitely making this place one of my regulars.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian burrito and a few others vegetarianWheelchair accessibility: The outside dining is in the parking lot with tables and canopy so wheelchairs can roll right up to the tables for dining.
We ordered one Asada Fries, one Chimichanga (Carne Asada), and one favorite burrito. Only gave 4 stars to atmosphere it's not bad it's just a food truck. The people were nice and the service was good. The food was pretty good. I, personally, thought they were a little heavy with the refried beans, but the food was good. Portion sizes were good, too. I could only eat half of my Chimichanga and ate the other half for dinner. My son had the Asada Fries and he said the flavor was good but the fries were kinda limp. I'll give them a second chance. ?
This is my favorite Mexican joint in Grants Pass! The food was phenomenal, the owners are always really nice and the Quesabirria is unmatched!

After several weeks of smelling this awesomeness during my kids Kung Fu class across the street I finally ventured over for a tastes. Greeted by a sweet couple (pretty sure it's family owned) I witness tables and chairs to sit at that were clean and covered from the elements (summer heat). I took a peek at the specials and menu and decided to try a galititos. Its kind of like a quesadilla with corn tortillas. So yummy! The meats were delicious. Service was fast. So happy with this place. I have definitely been back several times ans every week I have to tell myself I can't get something everytime my kids have class. Haha. Thank you for this yummy Mexican food. My new favorite spot in town.Wheelchair accessibility: Roll right up to the window to order and roll right up to a table to enjoy your meal.
