By far the best Mexican restaurant in the entire valley. No joke. I worked with his family before they even opened the restaurant and the quality of work they do suspends reality. They are so far out of the world with the work and passion they put into their job. When I heard they were opening, I just had to get the food and boy was it amazing. The only regret I have about this restaurant is that I can't give them another star for their quality. It's 6 out of 5 stars...
A combination of the atmosphere and food are very reminiscent of eating in Mexico. Even the most simple dishes like a breakfast burrito or turned into Huevos Rancheros... absolutely delightful!
By far the best tasting and most authentic mexican food in the valley. The staff is friendly and prices are outstanding. The portion sizes are perfect. Unlike lots of other establishments that fill your plate with rice and beans. The tamales have been mentioned as "Southern Oregon's Best" and that description is accurate. I reccommend this restaurant to everyone in the area. Long time resident or just traveling through. Rosa Maria's is the best in town.
