I love their java chip. They have great service and are quick. We like the added chocolate covered coffee bean you get with your beverage. Good bonus program app. for free coffee. I also order fresh brewed coffee and it's delicious. They also have a few quick food options. The waffle sandwich is yummy.

The human beings seems to have been lacking on their coffees. Also their new employees are not up to date. It is very difficult to get my drink correct each time I guess. As I get the same coffee every single time. Peppermint mocha extra sweet. It can't be that difficult. It's not very nice when the workers are leaning out the window to visit with people in the car while I am on the other side of the booth waiting to be greeted. May need to work on that

Girl wasn't the usual upbeat personality my java chip adding shots was not tasting right ~ I thought I explained it well, they always get it right at the other two. well I waited, tasted it and asked for a couple sugars and she looked appalled ? ~ I said well I like them sweet, and it's just the way I like them. It just felt like a strange vibe and coffee was not good. I'll go to my other two. But I wish you the best ?

Deceptive... I asked for my usual lime Rockstar and they made me a drink and never disclosed they don't use Rockstar anymore. Drink tastes 100% different. Have integrity and be honest to your customers
