Hands down to the most beautiful and best vineyard we’ve been to so far in the United States. The valley, the vineyard, the atmosphere, everything looks like southeastern France. Staff is extremely welcoming, and most importantly, the wine is amazing. The tasting is fantastic and cheap - 20$ - for high quality wine. The fact that on top of this, it’s biodynamic, is top notch. Highly recommend, we’ll be back.

My husband and I came in to try some wine. The place is gorgeous as are the grounds. We found the wine to be okay. I tasted five wines- and bought a Rose. Nice servers.

Jen at the tasting room in McMinnville is amazing. Enthusiastic, knowledgeable, committed to the hope of biodynamic farming and easy on the eye.
She and troon get an eleven out of ten

Visited during the Rogue Valley Farm Tour and had a lovely visit at Troon. The outdoor seating is in the shade and beautifully laid out. We didn’t go on the tour but the farm is huge and I’d imagine a tour would take about an hour to see everything. Great place to spend a summer afternoon. Lots of other vineyards in the area make for a very fun wine-soaked day.

Very nice vineyard. Property is very well cared right next to grape vine field. Mike was very educated on the different types of wine. Oh and stunning views. We liked the selection offered (flight) and purchased a couple of bottles of Vermentino. Great experience and energy here. Thank you.

I once was a member of troon since they opened up. And two years ago I dropped them they've gone through too many personnel their winemakers have changed too often and the wines have gone downhill and the prices have gone up.
Here's a time when troon was doing really good and I enjoyed their wines I can remember the the Zen's, the deep red druid fluid when it was better. the fire and smoke was fantastic.
Now they make wines for the younglings stuff that needs to be drank within one or two maybe three years.
They have a beautiful area great for picnics hanging out and enjoying wine but they're wines are not what they used to be.
Sending a photo of a wine when troon was blooming.

Michael is great, knowledgeable about wine and very informative. Troon winery is beautiful and Micheal enhances your stay every time. Haven’t had a wine I don’t like here!

I have been a member at Troon for longer than I can remember. Over all the years, owners have changed hands, staff has come and gone, and many changes have taken place. Through it all, the quality and service has been unwavering. Hands down, I will always bring my Friends and Family for the Troon experience. I grew up in the Applegate and have patronized most if not all of the vinyards, and the Troon experience can't be beat. Thank you for always making us feel like family, and for making my family feel the vibe too.

Went here yesterday. Delightful. Beautiful setting. Sat outside on a gorgeous fall day. Very knowledgeable and friendly server. Took excellent care of us and our dog. Some very good wines. Recommended.

Beautiful setting and fantastic service! Thank you Mike!
My advice is to bring a picnic. The only food available on site is a sparse and expensive charcuterie board. Wines tend towards the higher price end.

I had my first visit here, first time tasting Troon's wines, in fact, last week, along with my sister and mother. Highly impressive place, wines, and people. Both reds and whites--Syrah & Roussanne, especially--were outstanding and would be stylistically familiar to those who mostly drink French wines. They taste like a place, which is as the best wine should. Superior service and knowledge from the woman who took care of us--Desireé, I believe. Outstanding.

BTW, I've lived in Napa Valley for almost 30 years and lived in Alexander Valley/Sonoma County before that. I wish there were more wineries down here that shared Troon's qualities. One side comment--while I have trouble finding the scientific basis of biodynamic ag, I can't argue with the wines.

Pretty place to visit , though not much for price of things.
