This place does not fill orders properly. Either you have to physically check all your bags to make sure everything is there and tell them or find out when your home that not all your food is there. It's a MOBILE ORDER there shouldn't be any mistakes like miss hearing something being ordered by the drive thru. UNEXCEPTIONABLE. This isn't a one time issue. This place is notorious for this problem. AND!! WHEN YOU TRY TO CALL ABOUT THE ISSUE NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED WITH YOUR ORDER.

Spent a lot of money at Wendy’s in my life. Can’t use the bathroom though. Won’t spend a cent at Wendy’s again.

I love Wendy's, but the one in grants pass is the worst, I'm from Sacramento and there's a whole bunch of them throughout Sacramento and they're all great, I moved to Crescent City and there isn't any here in town so when I drive over to grants pass I usually stop, the employees have bad attitudes, the soda machines are usually broken, no ice, no napkins, and the food's not the same as the usual Wendy's that I'm used to, I thought it was just the first time and maybe I just had a bad day, went back a second time months later and it was the same. After the worst!

Let's Make a difference

Worst food I have ever had at this Wendy's. Apparently they thought I needed half a bottle of mayo on my spicy chicken sandwich. I swear. The first bite I took a PILE of mayo slopped down on my plate. Then every it just continued to ooze out. I took only 3 bites and threw out. My husband got a double burger and had no condiments. WTH???? $30 and threw it out. We are done here. I have never given a review like this before. Breaks my heart.

I can't count how many times I've got home with my food and it wasn't correct. No sauce that was offered...asked for extra tomatoes no onions...got an onion burger with no tomatoes, Attention to details people...food is expensive and it is very disappointing when it isn't what you asked for

Opener of the Way

There is a great team of good people here. I typically stop by several times a week to dine in. The menu offers many items at different prices which suits me. Everything is served hot and fresh. The fries, burgers, and frosties are top shelf. The dining room is clean. The restroom is clean. Isaiah does a lot to keep the team motivated and the equipment running. Skyler is the number one line chef. Josh, Jojo, Dena, and others do good work up front. Everyone is pleasant and positive.

One thing I don’t understand is how can it be absolutely empty on the inside, but still trashed as if there was a whole party there. Nuggets on the floor, tables not cleaned, flys everywhere. It came to the point right when walking in me and my partner turned around.
