The young man working the register was very polite and seemed to be holding the place down despite some older, grouchy clientele that obviously had nothing else better to do than worry about other people's orders. Keep up the hard work, kid.. our meal and experience was excellent!
Well at least Wendy's is keeping up its quality foods ? im always a fine of good wholesome foods at a local business store like Wendy's ? its been in gp for decades that tells you something about a l9ng lasting fast food place that serves great chicken and burgers as well as fresh beans

I am very disappointed on how this place has gone down hill . Over 30 minutes for my food ... And then my order wasn't even right and when we went in to get the food that was missing I had to fight tooth and nail because no one gave us a receipt. In the end we waited a hour for the food before leaving because no one would get us our food we paid for . This place needs to get shut down or all new respectful employees. I will not be returning to the Grants Pass Location at all . Waste of time and money .

Thank you Wendy's!! My food was very hot an fresh, steamed as I took my first bite of that CRISPY CHICKEN SANDWICH! The lobby and bathrooms looked cared for as I sat and order from my mobile rewards Wendy's app and got a FREE sandwich with my WENDY'S MOBILE REWARDS APP. The staff although mostly new, was very kind an patient with me using my MOBILE REWARDS. I sat inside enjoying the buzz of conversation and radio. Thank you so much for a REFRESHING EXPERIENCE. I look forward to more visits and possibly enjoying a Chilli next time.
