Applebee's never disappoints. It's been a regular go-to for us for years now when we just don't feel like cooking and it's not a night where we can spend $50+ on a meal. Always happy with the food and especially the prices!

Ashley was our server.. can I give her 10 stars.!!!! She was welcoming. Her birthday is on the same day AS my sister RIP, mine is next week. She was heaven sent. As this was the last place that I had a good meal with her., thank you for this experience guys

WINTER 2025. Our service was great (male waiter)!! The food was better than last time. I asked if the music could be turned down, and it was. 🙂
SPRING 2025. It's okay. Very average. Our waitress talked as if she were interviewing for a TV show. Her excessive chatter became annoying. Despite her talk, her service was SLOW and she made many mistakes despite working there for 2 years.
When I moved my chair back to get up, my hands got super sticky from whatever was on the chair. The restroom was clean.

We had a very disappointing experience at this Applebee’s location.
Around 10pm, Dec 30, our group of 7 arrived without a reservation. The staff immediately went to speak with a manager after seeing us, then told us we would need to wait 40–60 minutes, even though there were clearly many empty tables available.
We were asked whether anyone in our group was under 21. We explained that some were, but instead of offering options (such as seating under-21 guests in the dining area and over-21 guests separately, which is standard practice), we were simply told they could not accommodate us at all.
What made this experience especially concerning is that we went to another Applebee’s nearby shortly afterward. That location was even busier, yet they handled the exact same situation professionally and seated us by clearly explaining the under-21 seating policy.
This inconsistency made us feel unfairly treated and discrimination, the experience left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome.
Applebee’s should ensure that all guests are treated equally and that policies are applied consistently, regardless of who the customers are.

I actually enjoy the food here, but the service is absolutely terrible. We arrived around 10 PM; there were plenty of empty tables, yet they refused to seat us and told us to wait for 45 minutes. The staff had a very poor attitude. After making us wait for a long time, they finally told us there were no tables available. Even when we offered a solution to split our large group into smaller tables, they still refused. Truly a disappointing experience
Long time patron. Ordered the sampler platter. More salt than i have consumed in my entire life put together! Only thing that didnt raise my blood pressure was the 2 wilted celery stalks. Xtra hot wings were dry and laughable, not hot at all. Quesadillas so cold they didnt even stick together. Mozz sticks like rubber. Again, chips so salty there was more salt than chip.spin dip was ok. Wont get this mess again. Shame.

I ordered food on Door Dash for my kids. One got a kids meal so it came with milk the other chose their drink which was a mocktail on the beach (non alcoholic beverage containing ocean spray cranberry, orange juice, peach, and lemon lime soda) well the drink my child received contained alcohol. She happened to take a drink and said “mommy it taste funny” so I told her give me the drink so I can see. I tasted it and sure enough it contained alcohol, I look at the cup and the cup even says contains alcohol must be 21+ .. not only did a 6 year old drink it but me being 37 weeks pregnant drank it also.

At this Applebees in Clackamas, the service is horrible. We have tired multiple times to go there with a group of friend and every single time we are told we have to sit in separate tables, even though there are many tables open. Or certain tables “areas” are closed while others costumers are being sat there. Apparently the new manager does not allow tables to pushed together even for a group of 6.
