This location regularly closes early without any notice, so I'd recommend going somewhere more dependable if it's past 7pm! Customer service not so great aside from maybe 2 of them, but other than that no major issues. Them not being dependable to be open is a major issue for me as a disabled person, so I leave one star, but to others it may not be an issue! :) Glad to know disabled people are thought of. 💕

Increased traffic is making it harder and harder to gain access, but still my go to, when vehicles are serviced at Firestone across the street.
Parking: Blocked left hand lanes and one way recommended lane travels make it difficult for Newbys to get around. Your almost restricted to traveling south bound on 82nd, turning west on King and immediately turning north into the parking lot. (Right then right)

They took out the potato cakes then they brought them back but only for a limited time when it's one of the most ordered item on the menu. What is Arby's thinking? Just not cool. But the employees, including the manager here work so hard and deserve praises. If they hadn't taken out potato cakes and replaced Pepsi with gross Coke it would be worth how expensive they are. Right now, the prices are outrageous.
Came in a few days ago, food wasn't great, was told before I left, since I didn't really eat what I bought, my meal would be comped when I came back! Well, today is that day, hot, tired from working all day and riding the bus......spoke to the manager here today, Hector? And he was awesome! He was so respectful, and helped me out! I got a terrific meal today, with a smile! I will be eating here a few times a week, no more McDonald's, thanks folks at Arby's......Brandi & Hector
The staff are always friendly, it's clean inside and the jalapeño poppers are the best of all fast food restaurants
