Was there about 12:20 pm today, 12/5/23 whatever that was working the counter/register needs to be trained.. singing as they were taking my order.. packaged up an Uber eats type order and seriously dropped in from two feet up onto the counter after it was bagged and sealed. Not sure if she was trying to impress or is just an idiot! If that’s going on up front I hate to know what’s going on back in the kitchen!

2nd time in a month I've stopped to get a ruben sandwich. They are always delicious! As was today's.However, the 1st time I went I was in line for 20 minutes and then was informed they were out of all French fries and and then mazarella sticks(2 of only 3 side options).Today I literally sat in the drive-thru for 50 minutes(not kidding) When I got my food it was wrong and was told "well the order you got was cheaper". I informed them I wanted my full order and had already waited 45 minutes-I was not rude or loud but i wanted the 2nd sandwich in my order. The young man at the window said he was doing the best he could and had to get his "boss".Boss came and went over my order and a sandwich was missing. He said "well I guess I'll go make you one". Then a woman came to the window and tried to hand me someone else's milkshake....I informed her it was not mine and they were trying to track down the test of my order.Not one apology for the long wait then seemed be put out that they actually had to make the sandwich i ordered.If they are short handed I get it, but they could be nice about it.I waited because I love the ruben and was honestly was stuck in line. But I will not be returning
Had a big orders so I took the stuff a little longer to fill my order. To feed 5 adults with 4 sandwiches 1 meal w/shake and 1 Xtra fry cost $50 but I expected that.Parking: It's good enough parking it may be hard to get in and out of parking space if there's a long line for the drive through
Was fairly busy when I was there, but the food is a good quality. I like some of their individual sandwiches but they are getting a little more expensive than I think it's necessary.

Food has always been good. I went there 3 times a week for the 2 for $7 deal on the Beef and Cheddar. Now it's only for the Original Beef. Haven't gone back since. I'm guessing this is a corporate decision. Oh well.
They get my order right. That makes me happy.
