The owner was planted at the table by the register. Avoiding eye contact. It was unusual. We only ordered one beverage because my wife does not drink carbonated soda. This caused some strife. no one said a word to us because I put my drink as far away from my wife as I could. How to register employee was informed to watch to ensure that my wife did not touch my drink. The whole thing was really off putting. We drive 25 minutes to go there. I don't think that's going to happen very much anymore.. I imagine the owner is going to reply he wasn't looking at us. But we both know exactly what you were doing and why we won't be returning over a two-dollar cup.

I've been coming here since they opened almost 20 Years ago. The old management was almost like an extended family, and the new owner is doing everything correctly to ensure the growth of this wonderful business. . Great staff, better food. . If I drive by, I will grab something to eat either now or later.

This is hard because I absolutely LOVE their food it’s quite phenomenal actually, and if somebody who works in the service industry and a huge lover of Mexican food from Tex-Mex style to authentic, the food is always a 10 out of 10, which makes it really hard to not continue to frequent this business because the customer service is absolutely horrendous and I’ve made excuses. Maybe they were having a bad day blah blah blah. I would honestly say 19 out of 20 times being here the staff is incredibly rude every single time. And I know the owners are going to see this. I am not some crazy customer. I’m a person who has morals and values in common decency to treat people with respect Even on the smallest scale, I don’t understand how these employees have the ability to make you feel like you are bugging them by coming in just by your presence and every time I’ve tipped as somebody who also works on the service industry I know how important is not once have I gotten a thank you I swear, I wish I could take a lie detector test to show you how serious I am your employees suck

Had issues with the owner and corporate Back in 2010 when they were opened in Carmel Indiana was a very bad experience will never go to this restaurant again. I’d never work again for this Franchise totally the worst.
