Went to this location for the first time today with my wife well before closing, wasn't overly busy. We both have been to other locations before and knew what to expect and always enjoyed the food and everything that ensued....
Not this location...... the food was great!!! Expect the pancakes but no problem. As we waited and waited endlessly to be seated at nearly a empty restaurant with empty dirty tables with nobody doing there jobs we almost left but got greated by a young lady that didn't say a word but seemed zombie like, sat us at a half wiped down table, no biggie we are already committed and hungry. Online orders are flying out the door so the foods gonna be good and fresh!
Waitress slowly drags her feet over to us with water's and takes our order, in the meantime we were watching over the restaurant, all the front staff seem to not care about being there (my wife is a waitress elsewhere) everyone was moving extremely slow, tables took forever to get cleaned, whatever was on the tables was just wiped onto the floor and walked away from.
Our food came, no napkins, no utensils and no refill on our water, she brought our wrapped utensils and didn't see her until we were finished with our food, no checking in on us, nothing at all. That's the biggest complaint about this location. We were a simple two meal order that didn't hassle our waitstaff but it seemed the front of the house was all but a bunch of slow moving zombie like people who didn't wanna be there.

Another great meal and experience. There's nothing bad on this menu, and a couple of my personal faves are the crab cake eggs Benedict, and of course the hearty chicken fried steak breakfast. Prices are still reasonable as of this writing. Enjoy!

I had a really disappointing experience picking up my order. The hostess/server was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I mentioned that my order came with a drink, she asked me—while rolling her eyes—what drink it was supposed to be. She then said it wasn’t on the ticket, and before I could even respond, she walked away and made a drink anyway.
When I asked her name while leaving, she said it was Sarah, but she hesitated for a long time before answering, which made me feel like it might not even be her real name.
She could clearly see that I was in a rush, yet she moved very slowly and seemed uninterested in helping. When she finally handed me my drink, she expected me to lean over the podium to grab it instead of simply handing it to me.
This kind of attitude is extremely unprofessional. Someone who treats customers this way should not be working in the service industry. I hope management addresses this, because it really ruined what should have been a simple pickup experience.
Margaret was my server and is an absolute joy. Breakfast was superior and highly recommend loaded hashbrowns. Eggs a wee bit over cooked, ham was great. Highly recommend for breakfast. All staff welcoming and friendly.

We sat down and were forgotten for 20 min so we left. They weren't even half full. Honestly used to be my favorite restaurant but the food is hardly even edible anymore so I'm glad we left. Do yourself a favor and make something better at home

Food was okay. Ham steaks are smaller than I remember. My boyfriend got 2 double bloody marys and the waitress said they didn't have a way to ring up double shots so they tried charging him for a 3rd drink. We disputed it and got the 3rd drink that we didn't order removed but I thought that was odd business behavior. If you're serving liquor, make sure you have a way to ring up add shots/double shots cause I guarantee that's gonna happen again.

Waited for over 20 minutes just to get food and when ordering I specifically asked for pancakes to be LIGHT not dark brown.
They came out burnt twice and the waiter said; cooks don't speak English so it's hard to get them to understand.
Sorry but as a paying customer this is not my issue.
This was a rare occasion of a horrible dining experience
The place looks fine. Food is just not worth the price, you could probably make better at home. Jr. breakfast plate came with not even a half an eggs worth of scrambled egg. Waited way too long to even be acknowledged in the wait to be seated area with about 4 other parties, and they weren't even that busy. I don't write reviews often but dropping $45-$60 for 3 people, mediocre food and bad service just isn't worth it imo.
Family gathering. Good food. Nice environment. Very friendly wait staff.
Great Breakfast on a super busy mother's day. The Servers were very kind, and for it being so busy, the dining area was kept clean and the food was so good. Thank you!
Nice place for brunch.. I just don’t like black coffee which didn’t have any flavor.. overall everything looks great
