I love that the smoothies are not so cold but cold enough. They are tasteful and sweet but not overpowering.

this boba place was the worst boba place I've ever gone to. it was lukewarm and had just a disgusting like aftertaste kind of tasted like coconut but although I got the brown sugar. if I had a restaurant it was extremely gross and we threw it in the trash immediately after taking a couple sips like ew gross service was bad. they were on their phones. it was extremely sanitary I did not like it. do not recommend. don't go there. it was like it was it was just like weird. I don't like it. don't go there. weird Mall kiosk vibes. okay bye

First time here, ordered a large taro with rainbow jellies and Wow! It was delicious, creamy and not super sweet, just how I like it. From now on, every time I visit the mall I will stop at Boba Crew for a drink.

Really bad unfortunately. Husband and I ordered a mango with boba and immediately threw it away. Such a bummer! Had a really weird unnatural taste that left a weird feeling in your mouth and the boba wasn’t sweet at all, just mushy and bitter. We will stick to Braganza downstairs at the mall!
Very bare, large menu, decent drinks, a little pricey, woman at the counter barely spoke English. Would return but not sure I’d recommend.

The tea flavors that are available are extensive and they have plenty of options, but when you tell them what you want they don't give you understand you, like I ordered a lyche boba tea with coconut jelly, and they gave me a lychee tea without the boba. Really kinda missed off, they don't speak very good English they really need to learn to listen to what people are ordering, I won't be returning here.

I don’t think it’s very sanitary that they have their Boba containers open all the time I’ve asked him why don’t you put the lids back on when you’re done they didn’t answer. I’ve bring this up to them many times I wish they would put the lids on after they make drinks so that way flies or maggots don’t get in to the boba drinks.
