Capriotti's is a nice place, but when we arrived, there was only one customer ahead of us. We waited about 10 minutes for the customer ahead of us to get her food. Then is was our turn. It took almost another 20 minutes after that for me to get my sandwich.

I get that maybe they cook the meat there at that time. But I was waiting for almost 30 minutes total for my sandwich, and there were 4 employees working when we got there, and halfway through waiting 2 of the employees left.

So 30 minutes to get a sandwich for 2 customers and 4 employees working. That doesn't add up in my book. I get that the employees were young, and maybe this was their first job. But the waiting was way too long, and I'll never go back. Just not worth it in my opinion.

The absolute nastiest sandwhich i have ever had in ny life. The turkey so far overcooked on both my sandwhich and my wife's. The so called manager not able or willing to do anything. But do not go here and if you do stay away from the so called freshly cooked turkey. First time in ny life having to load a turkey sandwhich with ketchup to make it better

I come here a lot. The sandwiches are great. They roast their own tukey and have waygu beef. The two best sandwiches are the waygu french dip and the Bobbie. The Bobbie is a turkey sandwich with stuffing and cranberry sauce. It's really good.
I placed a complicated order there once for 12 people. I was stressed about it but they pulled it off without a hitch. The staff always has a good attitude.

I order their wagyu cheesesteak. They are really just about marketing, not quality. It’s like they have no pride in their sandwiches. The sandwich was very salty and there was nothing else to the sandwich. It’s like the just heavily doused the meat in salt. There was nothing impressive about their wagyu beef. I couldn’t even tell that it was quality beef because the salt buried any other flavor I was supposed to taste. It just felt like another fastfood sandwich heavily marketed as wagyu beef. It’s better to get a sandwich from Jersey Mike’s if you want a quality sandwich.

Wagyu Cheesesteak FTW!!! Wasn't a big fan of the fries though. Too thin

We ordered a ham and cheese and a wagyu cheesesteak. Great sandwiches. But honestly, $50 for two larges is overpriced.

This is hands down my favorite sandwhich place! I also just tried the waygu steak fries that were hand-made and covered in mushrooms, cheese, onions, and sweet peppers. Not a good place to bring a vegetarian or vegan though. I just wish it was closer to me!!

Food is ok but the turkey is dry needs more sauce or mayo and it lacks flavor. The fries are amazing! The service at this location was great and they do go above and beyond 5 stars for that, atmosphere is cool but a little crammed in there.
