Had the turkey. Extremely dry. Was supposed to have mayo but I couldn't find any. No option on door dash to request mayo or extra mayo. Will not order from here again

Small quaint sandwich shop. Wasnt to busy or noisy. The fries were thin and wide. Different fry experience. Philly cheestake was good. Had size choices. Plenty of parkung.

I had seen several Capiottis advertisements and wanted to give them a go! When we arrived I had seen that they actually roasted turkey everyday for their sandwiches and boy could you tell! The turkey was moist and flavorful! I got the turkey with cranberry and stuffing and gravy on the side! I would recommend going out of your way for this sandwich! They bread was soft and fresh as well. The employees were friendly and worked quickly despite being overwhelmed with what looked like online ordering or catering. I would expect to wait a little while after you order as they seemed to be quite busy. There is plenty of parking and seating for your visit. The restaurant was clean. I am excited to try their other sandwiches on future visits. Don't miss out on the turkey!

I would give it 5 stars except twice they have turned away our business a half hour before closing stating they had no food or we're already closing for the night. Love their hot turkey sandwich called the Hot Bobby.

Honestly the first time we have been here. Not going to write a ton, but we will be back! I would suggest giving it a go.

After reading about Thanksgiving Sandwiches I thought that I would find a local restaurant that makes them. Capriotti's was the closest place. I ordered the Hot Bobbie on line and drove there. When I arrived, I had a cold Bobbie waiting for me. After the staff tried to gaslight me, I argued with them and they produced a Hot Bobbie for me. One nice thing is that they have mastered the art of cutting sandwiches in half, unlike Jersey Mikes, which needs remedial instruction in the use of a kitchen knife. The sandwich itself had a nice amount of stuffing (dressing) with a good strong sage flavor. The stuffing was moist enough. Unfortunately, the turkey was not moist. It had evidently sat in a heating tray too long and was kind of crispy. Also, the turkey was cut into small chunks, rather than being sliced. There was not enough cranberry sauce or mayo. The roll was just OK and could have benefited from being put on the grill before serving. I was disappointed, but not too deeply, because, as my wife reminded me, it's just a sandwich.

Just happened to pass by as normally we go back home on 212. But as luck would have it we had to go into Gresham and passed by this new location. We stopped and had a very good meatball sub and fries which were flat and there was a lot of them! People were very nice and the service was great. Will we be back, most definitely!

The sandwiches were bland , the fries were the flat English chip style and pretty good. The service was good, everyone was pleasant and made sure we were taken care of. The ambiance is fast food. We will not be going back, it was too expensive for what it was.

This is our 2ed time we've tried this sandwich shop. The first time, was right after they opened and it wasn't very good, so we thought we'd give it another go. Though I think the ingredients are better quality than other 'deli chains', it still is not very good. I ordered the 'in-house roasted turkey' sub, with dressing and cranberry sauce. The turkey was so dry in was like jerky, accept crispy, besides chewy. The dressing had a paste like quality. We also ordered the Kobe beef sub...it only had beef and cheese on it...other ingredients listed were missing. It was edible, unlike the turkey sandwich, but that's about all I can say. We won't order again.

The Philly was good, just good. I did enjoy it. Customer service was very good but when you open at 10 am everything should be ready, soup wasn’t ready, soda machine wasn’t ready…. Also I thought they toasted the bread with their Philly cheese steak sandwich???? Mine got soggy real quick. GF got a cold sandwich and the lettuce had brown pieces with parts of the core of the iceberg….
