The bread seemed different than I remember and maybe the portion felt a little smaller. Still great flavor, but next time ill order my normal order to see if the portions are actually smaller or I just haven't been in awhile.

I found a hair strand in my soda cup, only when i was done i opened the lid and saw it, i felt very uncomfortable and it was unpleasant seeing that in my cup after sipping out of that cup.

Charleys has great cheesesteaks and aren't terribly priced either. Definitely recommend trying them!

Nice place to stop and have the best Philly cs in the world

We were at the food court at Clackamas Towne Center today trying to figure out where to eat. It was a tough choice since it’s all chain fast food, basically. My wife and I love cheesesteaks and someone in line said “everything is great here” when I asked what she was ordering. So we went for it.

We split a large Philly cheesesteak that came with grilled onions, peppers, mushrooms, along with provolone cheese, mayo, lettuce, and tomato. I usually don’t get lettuce and tomato on my cheesesteaks, but I’m glad I did this time because the cheesesteak was so small and lacking substance like meat (!) that the largest (12”???) actually turned out to be more of a small. See the photos and notice the one half thet looks like half of the fillings are missing. It was disappointing, but the taste was pretty good. Not too bad and about what you’d expect at a food court. I don’t recommend this place and would never go back again, but the fries were good. And the service - everyone was friendly. Don’t go here. Go to Steakadelphia on Powell St. and you will be happy!

It definitely isn't worth the price.
Didn't have any flavor like a decent cheese steak or, in this case, chicken. No flavor. Just taste like bread.

The fries were ok. It's probably better without the cheese.

I wasn't expecting much since it is mall.
I was disappointed.

The mango lemonade was good.
