I've been working at the mall for the past 3 ish years and for 3 years this has been my go-to food spot, that still hasn't changed to this day. Me and all my coworkers agree that this is the best food you can get at the mall, not to mention the portion sizes for the price you pay is great. Every time I come up to order I'm greeted with a smile and the people there are the friendliest from any food spot in the mall. They always ask me about my day and they show care towards my life, even taking lengths to remember my orders from before. You can see the people prepare your food right in front of you and I love how it's fast paced yet everything looks in order and controlled, the people who are on the grill know what they're doing and it makes the place look and feel like a more high end fast food place then anywhere else. I'm bewildered by the other reviews on this place. It truly is wonderful. My go to sandwich is the Bacon Three Cheese, I recommend this to every and any person I meet. Their deluxe fries are all good too, I'm in love with their Bacon and Cheese Fries.

My son and I were running a few errands and decided to get a quick bite to eat. The sandwiches were mediocre and the french fries that we got were as plain as they could possibly get. No seasoning with cheap cheese on top.

Not even close to Steakadelphia in Portland….no complaints except the very tender meat needs some seasoning and the sandwich needs a kick…

I have to start this by saying do not buy these sandwiches if you are not going to eat it right there. This part was definitely my mistake as a 1st time ordering from here.If your thinking of ordering through door dash or grubhub it isn't worth it. Within 5 mins the bread is so mushy its falling apart and you have to eat it with a fork.That being said, the one I ordered tasted bland and was flattened. It had so much sauce on it, it seeped through the wrap and got all over the bag and contents in the bag. The bacon cheese fries I ordered came without the cheese on it but they made sure to send the two extra cheese dips I paid for so I guess there is that. The fries were not crisp more like floppy and really soft whixh just isnt something I personally prefer. all in all I won't buy from here again if you like food with little flavor, soggy and floppy... you will love it.

I love Philly Cheese steak sub. I live in Vancouver Washington. When I went to Clarkamas town center and I saw Charleys cheesesteak I was so happy.!! My friend Jay is owner in Florida Charleys cheesesteak. He always said If you find a Charleys in your areas please try it. So I said I will but I can’t find in Vancouver WA. Finally I found Charleys in Oregon. I ordered Philly cheese sandwich large. It’s a huge and big portion. So delicious and yummy. I love it. My youngest daughter loves fries.

Charley's is as excellent as it always is. The cheesesteaks are delicious and the ultimate fries are artery-clogging goodness. The food court is what it is. Highly recommend stopping here if you're at the mall.
Our first time eating here was a really good experience. Our sandwiches were delicious, and mine was perfect. I got the chicken buffalo with extra buffalo, and it was the best I've ever had. My only complaint would be about the quantity of sauce packs with a large fry.I didn't go into the place, replace atmosphere with quality and with the care our food was packaged I feel comfortable giving service a 5 star.Well done folks.

Good grief! Judging from the reviews, I expected a dumpster fire but 'ya know what? Our food was DANG GOOD! Picture it: Less than a week until Christmas and we just started shopping today. Selecting a mall was our attack plan. Lots of options for gifts in one location with food & booze nearby. We do this frantic procrastination nonsense EVERY YEAR. Anywho..Our 3 cheese cheesesteak with bacon was delicious, big enough for my husband and I to share. We got a regular sized fry with cheese sauce too. There was a good sized line but the staff were busting hump and grilling like maniacs so our check out experience was swift. Soda pop on point, for what it's worth. Definitely a plus chowing down and watching the absolute elation of little ones spinning on the nearby full sized carousel!! Not perfect but bloody well good enough for a protein packed power meal while Christmas shopping. Thanks!!
