I can appreciate efficiency , and a system that works but it was an epic fail today at 172nd .
They were in such a rush what next, what’s next ,
that they missed both my kids meal sides of rice which is a major part of the meal. Perhaps listening instead of rushing and saying what’s next over and over. My advice is to watch them make each thing you order before ordering the next because they not competent to getting several orders and completely them correctly.
Slow down , listen , and get it right!

Chipotle is actually pretty good, this location has always loaded up the bowls when we go no complaints at all about the food taste or quantity! The servers and staff are super friendly and nice.

It's kind of dumpy around the perimeter of the place, there are some messy folks who like the outdoors that like to camp in their surroundings, and they allow truckers to park in the parking lot... I'm not saying they are making the trash but they are a business and they could take ownership over their surroundings, I'd bump it up to a 5 if they helped get the area cleaned up.

We went to grab dinner. My daughter ordered Tacos and I burrito. The Asian girl server when it came to hot sauce, she never asked how much
She took spoon full and put it on our food. It was very spicy. We hardly could finish our food. We are used to being asked how much sauce we need. After spending 26$. I wanted to eat my food. So watch out when you go get food.

Always a great place for great tasting, healthy "fast food" at a decent price!!! And the little outdoor eatting area next to the fountain is pleasant too!!

They crossed out carnitas and wrote in chicken and gave me chicken. The other bowl I ordered got the carnitas. Did they just mess up and not feel like making it again? You can't just cross out someone's order and make what you want.

Asked for them to cut the burrito we were sharing in half, they said “we don’t do that” ? also the napkin dispenser was empty, they seemed to have a full crew but the customer did not seem to be the priority.

Avocado shell in Guacamole. Also hard un mashed half of avocado in my rice and chicken bowl makes me wonder what else they are cutting corners on with other food preparations.

Chicken needed salt, the rice was clumpy, lettuce had brown spots, the chips were stale, and the guac wasnt stirred. I love chipotle but i do not recommend this location in Happy Valley next to the Fred Myers. Trash was over flowing, kitchen was a mess, no supplies (napkins, straws, etc.)… employees looked over worked and tired. Someone needs to take control.

We arrived before 9 pm (10 pm closing time) only to find that the store was completely out of all our usual items, and there was no communication about this issue. With just an hour left until closing, we had no choice but to cancel our order and seek an alternative store.
