Great Mexican food in the area. Personell seemed somewhat frustrated or discontent but everything else was great and kids love it!

We came in for the thanksgiving bogo, it was supposed to be from 4 pm -closing. The workers denied the bogo deal and said it was from 4pm till 8 pm. We called other chipotles and they all said that they still offer the bogo deal till closing (11pm) .

Cashier handled money with his gloves then went into the food line and touched our food with the same gloves and when I asked for the manager the manager blew us off.

Order here regularly as I love close by and the online orders at least are always 5-10 later than the app pickup time. Multiple times I've had order errors with my food.

When did they start making their burritos so tiny??! The one I got today was about half the size it normally is. I haven’t been there in awhile but I was so confused when I opened my bag and saw the small burritos. Definitely not worth 12 for a Taco Bell’s bean and cheese size burrito!

Usually understaffed, but that’s of no fault to the teenagers working there. I did a mobile order and was about 2 minutes early, they had not even started it. I think maybe this upset the workers and came off as pushy because they ignored me when I went back up to the register for the bathroom code… which was kinda frustrating. I got my food and didn’t have straws, napkins, or silverware but then again I think they didn’t like me. Food was good and correct, so no comments there, and I just went back inside and got straws.

Just a heads up that if you order food to go, it's not on the shelf that says food to go. You have to ask. I ordered a large side of guac and didn't receive it. I didn't leave a tip because it was an online order and I was picking it up myself. Missing guac and missing tip might be correlated, not sure. I guess I should have left a tip.

Was basically great, when at the counter you could order right there a bowl of rice with everything in it or burrito wrap. Take your food go out or eat inside, the refill drinks are okey. Atmosphere is great quite place.

I can appreciate efficiency , and a system that works but it was an epic fail today at 172nd .
They were in such a rush what next, what’s next ,
that they missed both my kids meal sides of rice which is a major part of the meal. Perhaps listening instead of rushing and saying what’s next over and over. My advice is to watch them make each thing you order before ordering the next because they not competent to getting several orders and completely them correctly.
