Ordered through app. Asked for queso side, received none. Asked for double chicken. Received a Taco Bell sized burrito with barely any chicken. App does not allow you to speak to a human and would not refund.Edit: I did contact the help line. You only get to have an ai bot. It only offers promotion, no refund.

No one came and helped a line of people for the longest time, finally a girl walks up and is rude. For some reason this location does not use their online order stand and makes you wait in line and ask for your order. The location at the mall up the road is much better, they actually use their mobile order pick up rack and are nice. Don’t waste your time here, it’s been this way every time I have been at this location.

I always get take out and the food is always good. I will say that you get larger portions if you actually go in and watch them make your food. I wish there was more to their guacamole. And I wish they would mash it better. I swear I got a half of an avocado the other day.

I shoulda have taken a photo..Felt bad for the ppl next in line who heard the reason I was returning and asking for a refund.FOUND A HUGE FLY IN THE LETTUCE!!Manager said he could only refund or make us new bowls. We ended up getting joy teriyaki next door.

I used to love Chipotle, but this location has totally ruined that. In the few times I've ordered on the app for pick-up, something has always been wrong - spinach instead of lettuce, wrong type of meat, so much juice added to the meat that my burrito bowl was more like a burrito soup...the list goes on. The other day I went there and my bag of chips were filled with stale, tough chips. My mom recently got a burrito bowl here the other day and her rice wasn't even cooked all the way and was still hard! In addition to the sub-par food, the kids that work at the counter are unfriendly, unhelpful, and act like you're bothering them. This location is super convenient, but unfortunately, I won't be getting Chipotle anytime soon.

We ordered food to go and when we came to pick it up, it wasnt at the pick up spot. We asked for the order and they said they dont have order by that name. We showed them picture of the order with name and they still kept saying no order with that name. They kept looking and ta da, it was sitting by them. Now...never ever did I pick up food from a place that looked like vomit. I got a burrito bowl and when I opened it, it looked like it was first dumped out of the box, then put back. It was incredibly messy and the juice was all over the box sides. My kids had sour cream mixed in with beans. Just ridiculous. Won't be back to this location till you hire someone that cares about the customers.
