The lady at the counter gave me almost no rice and ignore my request for green sauce. I paid almost 30 dollars for our meals, and was disappointed.

Thank you, chipotle by the Clackamas town Center mall for making my food tonight, ‘Nate Wen Clement’ So delicious. I’m a small women a size 4, but I got embarrassed that I ordered four tacos so I named one of them Bob. You all probably thought that Bob was a child or one. Adult only getting one taco, and you made the most delicious Single taco! I felt like so appreciated and if there was a bob, he would’ve been also so appreciative for that taco. Thank you for Your consistent good Services! So, everyone of you adults, that work there the last 8 years have all been so friendly and kind, always a different friendly face to see and help us get our delicious food. Ty ty! I know it is hard to make food for humans to eat and keep going on about their day but you truly are building a culture inside of yourself of service and care in the basic human needs of others you are truly irreplaceable:) happy new year from Nate and Wen ;) my other tacos are just like ‘bobs’ perfectly balanced.

Gave me a quarter scoop of rice the short girl with the brown bun was EXTREMELY rude while cashing us out and there was several pieces of avocado peel in my quac plus the chicken was hard.

This place has horrendous customer service. Our first interaction with an employee was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Didn’t stay long enough for any others. Would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

This is the maybe only chipotle branch that puts so little into the plate. Terrible disrespectful female staff with glasses also

I came in today to grab the new carne Asada burrito bowl. I was rushed the whole process, The lady making the bowl was super sweet and friendly, the lady at the cash register was not friendly never smiled was very stand offish and rude told me the price and then just slide my bag to me and said nothing more. 11/13/25 at 2:55pm my host was Emily and I’m hoping that was the sweet girl dishing up the food.

On several occasions I have had missing items and or poor service here. I have tried to contact customer service and every time I am told that they are sorry for the experience but they cannot compensate for every mishap. So they get to not give me the items I pay for and get to keep the items as well as my money and some how they think this is a way to keep people coming back. This is no way to do buisness.
