My orange chicken tacos barely had any sauce on them and the wings weren’t even tossed in sauce, just plan wings w the sauce on top. I didn’t even eat them, won’t be back. For $48 I want my food prepared the way it’s supposed to

Went to Happy Valley Food Station in search of tasty chicken strips- was not disappointed when we found Christina's Cartel. The chicken was juicy and delicious and the mac and cheese was amazing. However, I would have like some better starch options- the shoestring fries were soggy- a bit of a let-down. Would like to see more sauces too- but I did enjoy the ones that I had. Maybe a spicy ranch that would be great with chicken- although I was told, very proudly, I might add, that they have pretty much everything BUT ranch and ketchup. Don't know why the hate for ranch- but okay, lol. Will definitely be back (and maybe bring my own ranch?)

When ordering I made it very clear I was allergic to blue cheese and didn't want it in my sandwich. Thought that from the extensive conversation we had about it that it wouldn't have been an issue. Got all the way back to my office to find my sandwich covered and dripping in blue cheese. $40 of nothing edible as it was all over the fries too. It looked absolutely disgusting with the bread all soggy and wet. Have never asked for a refund on food ordered like this but if I'd have had the time I would have drove all the way back.

Wings were slimy and just barely cooked. It looked like they baked them instead of frying them? They were not crispy at all. Sauces were delicious so it's a shame the wings themselves were not as good. I'm surprised that the wings were so bad since they have great reviews. Hopefully it was just a fluke. It was $24 for 12 gross wings. Dude working the cart was nice though.

Had the Godfather Mac.Absolutely packed with flavor. Has enough food to last me for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Breakfast again. Incredibly quick service. Very friendly staff.Will absolutely be coming back.

Stopped in Happy Valley to enjoy some food cart cuisine. My first time trying Christina's Cartel Food Cart. They offered a variety of options. Chicken, Mac n Cheese, Wings, Salads, Wraps, Fried Chicken Tacos etc. I chose the Godfather Mac. The Chef kindly informed me that the Godfather Mac was REALLY big for 1 person. So I searched for another Mac dish. She was so kind to offer me a half size of the Godfather Mac. How nice!! I took her offer. Once I received my order, it smelled and tasted amazing. Creamy and savory with fried chicken strips, that were so moist. This was probably the best Mac I have had in a long time. It was a very gourmet kind of dish. I would definitely order from this cart again.

The Goonie was one of the best chicken burgers I’ve ever hand, no question. OG tacos were amazing, and so were the fries. We’ll be sure to make this a regular spot every time we’re in the area. Wow Christina!

We live in the Gorge, so it's quite a drive for us. But we were in the area for or anniversary trip, picked this place from a short list of chicken wing joints, and fell in love. You've gained new customers for life. We loved it and will make the drive just for you! Best wings my husband has ever had. Only wish the Mac came as a "side". There was way too much that sadly went to waste.The food cart seating area is amazing as well. A bar, a few desserts, an overhead fan for those hot days, and covered for our PNW rain.
