Wouldn’t suggest eating here I found multiple hairs in my Cinnabon(I got one of the boxes) and nothing was done about it I was also pregnant absolutely disgusting they should be wearing hair nets if that’s going to happen more then once !

I ordered a Mocha today and didn’t realize it was cold until they started to hand to me. I hate cold coffee, they say my reaction and offered a refund. I also had ordered a mini Bon which was great!

Literally the best cinnabon I've ever been to. I make the trip from WA state to go to this cinnabon from time to time. They're always fresh, and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the cashier ~ she’s the sweetest girl I’ve ever met at the store today. The strawberry refresher is very refreshing and their rolls are always tasty :)

Just rating them on their coffee and nothing else. Never had their coffee so decided to try it for the first time. Had their iced cold brew. First impression was it is very watered down, no flavor. After drinking half the cup, yup, same taste, no change. Wont buy their coffee, but will buy their cinamon rolls.

If you work in the mall don't waste your money here if you're looking to just grab water and go back to work. They arbitrarily DOUBLED the price from 25¢ (somewhat reasonable) to 50¢ overnight. I get paying for the cup (I bring my own usually) but to charge half a dollar for a cup (empty or with water) is ridiculous!

Worst service of any Cinnamon location that I have ever visited. Asked for the owners name and number and the employees refused. They then said that I could have the managers name and number but a few minutes later they refused to give that number. They took my number and said that the manager, Abby, would call me and that never happened.

It was once all the talk an some of the best cinnamon rolls around but now days there not even cooked all the way through I mean Jesus I was eating dough literally me me sick they have way better cinnamon rolls at WinCo on the real ?? #cinnabonslacking?
