Dave & Buster's Happy Valley - Clackamas

I recently took my kids to Dave & Buster's again because they really enjoy the experience. Before going, I checked online and saw a promotion advertising “Unlimited Play with food starting at $19.99.” Unfortunately, this messaging is very misleading. In reality, the unlimited play option only becomes available if you spend at least $59.99 per person—before drinks and tip. That's a significant difference from what was advertised. To make matters worse, the sliders we ordered didn't even come with fries, which hardly qualifies as a full meal at that price point. The “Unlimited Play” itself was also extremely limited, applying only to certain color-coded games, which wasn't made clear upfront. I left feeling misled and overcharged. On top of that, tipping is calculated based on the inflated meal cost, which adds to the frustration. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I hope you'll consider making your promotions more transparent in the future.

A but light on games when it comes to Dave and busters as a whole franchise but as a single place it’s super great and the customer service is impeccable. Lost my wallet and they kept it for me without anything missing for 2 days till I could go back and grab it.

1/5 for me this place is lacking

We've gone with my son and family. Granddaughter loves it there. The guyz love fight night. I just sit there and my granddaughter goes to play games, then comes by to check in.

It may be an arcade but the food there is next level. Lots of options, delicious and doesn't dissapoint. Its one of our favorite spots to eat. The dining area has a half wall all the way around it so you can eat in peace without children running past you but if you happen to have some with you you can still keep an eye on them from your table.

I had a fantastic time at Dave & Buster's and can't wait to return soon.

Such an AMAZING Experience. 1st time coming and our server Travis greeted us at the door the min we walked In. Roxy the manager came and asked we needed anything and stayed to listen to our experience. Wonderful food, games, atmosphere, deals, and rewards. Mango Peach Bellini was delicious

Travis and Roxy were amazing! Travis was our server and he paid attention to us and remembered my sisters name. Roxy was the manager and she checked on us. This was our first time here and we cannot wait to come back! Already planning our trip back in just a couple short months. We live out of state

We had an amazing time there. Katrina the manager got us seated within 20 minutes. We had a group of 20. We had been waiting a long time to eat at cheesecake factory next door. they told us it was going to be a 4-Hour wait to be seated at cheesecake factory. Then after waiting 3 hours they called us and told us it was going to be another 2 hours. The cheesecake factory next door has some of the worst customer service I've ever seen. They lost a lot of business that day. Katrina gained a ton of respect. We will be heading over to Dave & Buster's from now on. The cheesecake factory next door has some arrogant rude people working for them. They are losing Business daily because of the employees there. If you want to be treated right take your business to Dave & Buster's.

I didn't have food. I went with my kids to play their games. We had a great time is worth it

Food was awsome! Service from Liz the bartender was great!! And Roxy the Gm. Come out to make sure everything was good. Everything was great I can wait to come back again!!

Food took about 18 minutes to get to our table, and we had very easy items. Nachos were cold when we got them. We asked for them to be sent back and re-made. Came out a second time, about 10 minutes later and they were colder than the previous ones. Grilled chicken salad, the grilled chicken tasted like it was prepared with oil that had co gents of fish/salmon with it. Wings were luke-warm. Quesadilla was also luke -warm. The waitress was very sweet and friendly, but we will Never go back there again. Bill was $145 for cold food.
