Dave & Buster's Happy Valley - Clackamas

Made a reservation but the restaurant never received it, party had to wait a long time for both food and drinks. We were literally the only occupied table in the dining room. Total meal time 2+ hours

It was busy when we arrived but we had a great time. We left with no prizes as the prize room ticket amounts seemed insanely expensive for what you get. Most games were available and all were in working order Hand sanitizer was filled in all stations when we wanted to use some. We checked in on the football game as we played in the arcade. The restrooms were well kepted and clean.

First time ever coming here, and will definitely come back. The food was better than expected and some how even though Ellie our server didn't hover around us she always seemed to magically appear when we needed her. If most Dave and busters have this same style of service I will frequent often. It is expensive if you plan on sticking around a while to play games but worth every penny.

Interesting place. 1st time. My group ranged from 68 to 4. Fun was had by all. Food was reasonably priced and everyone thought it was good. Be prepared for noise though. Not a quiet place.

I enjoy going to this place for fun. It is perfect for kids, young adults, and adults. Good food choices and drinks along with nice staff.

So genuinely the worst experience ive had at one of these arcade bar restaurant places spent around 140$
Came specifically for happy not a single bit of food was on the happy hour menu and 4 drinks were on happy hour
The food came out at a decent time but from the first drink to the second one was 40 minutes and we had to go up to the bar to get our own water after that 40 minutes and got attitude from a manager
Then we finished our food very disappointed and still hungry we just didn't want to wait even longer for more food then we go out to play some games and the floor was over 85° it was ungodly hot we wanted to leave immediately but had paid so much to play games that we forced ourselves to stay the whole time we were saying to each other we will never be back never again

Absolutely dangerous and unacceptable.

A violent fight broke out at the table next to us, directly in front of my children. This is supposed to be a family-friendly place, yet my kids were left terrified and crying after witnessing adults screaming and getting physical just feet away from them.

What's even worse is the total lack of safety and control. There was no immediate security response, no staff stepping in, and no effort to protect nearby families. The situation was completely mishandled and allowed to escalate while guests were left on their own.

My children are now scared and shaken because Dave & Buster's failed to provide even basic safety. This place is not safe for families, and management should be ashamed of how this was handled. Do not bring your kids here.

Got the unlimited play package and wasn’t told that there was a cap to the amount of tickets you can get so was basically pointless playing the games and there’s a 30 second wait between plays on the unlimited card so you can’t use it for two people to play as the games will time out. We should’ve gone to wunderland instead.
