I had a great experience at Domino’s Happy Valley (172nd Ave) thanks to Zach and Sadie! I don’t eat meat unless it’s halal, so I requested a clean cut for my pizza. Zach made sure everything was handled properly and Sadie was super friendly and helpful. They went the extra mile to accommodate my request, and I really appreciate their excellent customer service. Highly recommend this location Zach and Sadie are awesome!

Food quality is solid—especially the pizza and chicken wings. Great value when using coupons or deals through the app. The only downside is the app isn’t very intuitive and can be a bit clunky to use. Still a reliable choice for a quick, satisfying meal.

If I could give this store a negative 100 I would. I placed an order online and had my mother in law pick up the order since I received a email stating it was ready. Mother in law calls me saying there was no order in that name. I call the store and the manager says my mother in law is a liar and no one went in for the order, called me a bro and denied me my refund, asked for her name and she hung up. Called again and she hung up again. It was a female manager working on 05/17/2025 at 5:45pm.

Dominos used to be an okay late night pizza, especially after going out with friends. They had fresh veggies and decent meats. Then they got a bad rap for awhile, but turned things around to get back to how they used to be. Over the last few years they have gone so far downhill. This location has clueless employees. That's typical in fast food and actually most employees with Dominos do not have a clue. What i can't get over is the decline in quality. Tomatoes out of a freaking bag? Disgusting. Pizza is one of the cheapest foods to make. Why can't we have fresh vegetables that your staff take the time to chop. Why treat people like this Dominos? Even little Ceasars is making better pizzas right now and their pizzas suck.

Tuesday march 4th at 12:30pm crew and manager DO BETTER...
This is the story. My wife heard about the new stuffed crust pizza and couldn't wait to try it. She planned for two days that when I took off for guys game night that she'd stay home and order a stuffed crust. She placed the order online. And went to pick it up. She got the pizza home and when she did she realized the pizza had no meat. So she called and told a crew member what happened. The crew member politely asked if she didn't live to far my wife could return to the store and that they would figure it out. When my wife got there the nice lady on the phone said her manager said that my wife ordered it wrong on the phone. My wife pushed back lightly with oh I have a photo of my online order and it clearly shows my order correct. She went back to show her manager and came back and asked if she could write down the oder so she could remake it. My wife patently waisted in her car for 10 minutes re-entered the store she seen that only then had they started on the pizza. My wife asked why they had delayed throwing it in and the manager spoke up and said Ma'am we have 13 pizzas we have to make before yours. My wife said to the manager ok let me get this straight. I order a pizza you screw it up you convince me to drive back to figure it out. You tell me i ordered it wrong but that wasn't true I proved it with the photo. Then I wait 10minutes only to find out that you still haven't made my pizza let alone cooked it. And that I need to wait for 13 other pizzas to cook?????????????? This is unbelievably terrible service. We work hard to be able to treat our selves to a treat like domino's. And for this to have been our experience was not only disappointing but disrespectful. DO BETTER! We deserve better for the price we have to pay these days.

I asked to speak to a manager and a young lady from behind the counter told me she was the one , Yesshe sure didn't know how to handle the issue and told me they haven't even started preparing our pizza after I was waiting in the lobby with my kids for 15 minutes. What a disappointment I'm going to another Location

I live like 5 minutes away and it won't let me make an online order. So I call, they tell me to call back in 15 because the computers are down. I call back, they say they can take my order now... "but wait two carry-outs just walked in". After 15 minutes on hold I give my order and am quoted 30-45 minutes. I wait an hour 15 so when I call, they turned their phones off for the night. Never received my order

Ordered online for pickup several times. good, hot and ready when you get there exactly as ordered.
We ordered delivery recently which ended up being slightly more complicated than expected. it was delivered to the wrong house... However... they made it right when they delivered the second time, free of charge.
it was hot, exactly what i ordered plus some bonus compensation which i won't elaborate on for the mixup.
they messed up but they made it right. everyone has an off night and everyone was apologetic and polite about it over the phone. delivery driver was polite and apologetic as well. delivery was still fast for having done it twice.
All things considered, still a good experience would recommend.

Our past 2 pizza experiences have been below par. Our pizzas are burned, little sauce and cheese. We ordered pineapple on one and had 10 little pieces. Very disappointed. They used to be the best ever. I'm giving them one more try but if there isn't any improvement, I'll go elsewhere
