Ordered a Pan pepperoni and beef pizza paid $18.99 the guy said 20 minutes so I went out and waited in my car came back 25 minutes to see if it was ready and he said he forgot to make it second time with the same guy, need to fire this

Ignored me when I walked in tonight, everyone looked at me standing at the register but didn’t say a word. Had to waive someone over to help. I was then was told they gave one of my pizzas to another customer so I have to wait while they make another. They said it was in the oven already should take 6 more min… ended up taking 12… they hadn’t started it. Just wasn’t impressed by customer service.

Very dry pizza, they made it the first time with no sauce on all 3 pizzas, I came back for them to remake it and it was still dry even with the sauces on! Hard as a rock! I don’t know what’s wrong with this dominos location, second time ordering here and the pizza is not good!

We order from here regularly and have had no complaint’s. Yesterday, we ordered the chicken parm sandwich. It had onions on it even though that sandwich isn’t supposed to come with onions. The chicken was minimal on the sandwich. On half had a tiny little piece and the other half had 2 little pieces of chicken. It was more a marina with cheese sandwich. We were disappointed. I have not found a way to fill out a survey so the store can this happened. So I wrote this review so hopefully they can improve.

The food is warm and looks good. Would say that the people that work there are nice and always smile. The atmosphere is always nice and they welcome you every time you enter. Would love to get another pizza here again.Vegetarian options: Would say that you can make your own pizza and can choose what toppings go on the pizza.

These kids need to learn a thing or two about a work ethic. Three orders in a row wrong.... I dont want your free coupons, I want my damn order to be right. Who payed for it? Not you. Therefore I deserve the product I ordered the way it was ordered, BY THE CUSTOMER! The supposed GM's response? "We gave you pasta primavera instead" Why? Did the paying customer request this change? No! I want to know who the Franchisee is and I would like to speak to them promptly. Heres a thought in the meantime, Lets begin messing up these kids paychecks until they can read an order screen. Maybe then they can learn what it's like to lose money and be offered a coupon in return.... By the way, my wife is allergic to tomatos so your little switcharoo cost us more in return by having to purchase something else.
