Best service I’ve gotten in awhile, even with a 30 minute wait time, but it was worth it. Everything was spot from the burgers, fries, shakes. I don’t have the name of the 3 that were cooking away behind the grill tonight but I appreciate the hard work, dedication, and upbeat attitudes while being slammed with orders. Mgr One all I got for names

Good food with lots and lots of fries. The music was a bit loud, but I'm an old person so take this for what it's worth.

Took well longer (by 25 minutes) than the estimated time and when I got home realized they shorted me an item. Also, Burger was more like one and a half pattie instead of two. Called to complain and ask for a refund on that item and phone line was disconnected. So they get a bad review for not being available to fix their mistake.

Always struggle to get the shakes ready at the same time as the food, this issue happens at all of them but the problem is slowest here at least for me, but food is always pretty good and fresh which can make up for it but when the food gets soggy from waiting sometimes it’s not as fresh. Anyhow still better than lots of burger places

Went in to spend around 70 dollars said couldn’t take 100 I ask the manager what I had to spend to take it. His reply even if you spent 99 I would tell you to get lost. Horrible service older manager doing damage to the business

My wife and I tried out the place and as we entered, the music was little to loud for the environment. The place was dirty, floors had fries around several tables as well as tables not cleaned. Garbage can was completely full. The food was terrible not worth the money. Listening to a customer complaining about why order ahead if he had to wait longer than everyone that came in to order. Which I agree. He was there before I was and I got my food before he did. Will not be back

Greeted promptly and service ordering was good. Service when number was called was poor and rushed, my order wasn’t ready when my number was called. Surprising since there was nobody in line and only two people waiting. She spent 15 seconds making my runny milkshake that wasn’t even the flavor I ordered. Cheeseburger was ok and milkshake was sub par. Use to be so much better, won’t be returning.

This place is the most inconsistent place I have ever seen. Came by today and there was some amateur note on the door saying that they were going to open late? Open late? What the hell is going on in this place I will never come to this place again. This is the second time the place was closed. The whole mall is jamming, people everywhere except this place. I should have figured why they were two open parking spaces right out front. Not good guys.
