Megan and Jason were absolutely wonderful!! walked in tonight and we were immediately treated like old friends. prompt service. friendly conversation. glad to have a five guys with a good crew so close to home!

The manager andrea had the worst service. She spoke to her employees in a rude and demeaning way and had horrible customer service. The food was undercooked and way too salty. Terrible experience. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Andrea in the black shirt (manager) was extremely rude to me personally and told me “I can just be mad about my problem” as she walked away from me. She clearly didn’t care about my issue and was beyond rude. I am very dissatisfied at the lack of customer service. Even the gentleman standing next to me told me that I should demand for my money back because she treated me so poorly. She also treats her employees badly.

Last time i came the onions were raw and not grilled like i asked. This time the mushrooms were raw and not grilled. Quit advertising grilled vegetables when they arent. These mushrooms were right out of a can and maybe warmed. Yuck.
Cajun fries are the only way to go also as the normal ones are a salt bomb.
Doubt ill ever go back to this location.
Just sad, make the burgers right already.

Terrible location ordered a lettuce wrap deleiverd in a tray with 3 shreds of lettuce. Called the manager denied any help. Laughed at and belittled. Do not go. Manager Angie claimed nothing she could do

Consistently terrible service. No one greeted or asked me about order, stood around for 5-10 minutes waiting for my food that was sitting there and already supposed to be done, someone finally acknowledged me after serving multiple other people and then says it’s going to be an additional five minutes. This happens almost every time I come in, so unfortunate.

Best Five Guys around! Very nice staff, made the best food, all the fries were hot, golden & crispy & both burgers had the perfect amount of bacon & mayo. Store was very clean as well! I will be driving past my neighborhood Five Guys to come here from now on!
