Best Five Guys around! Very nice staff, made the best food, all the fries were hot, golden & crispy & both burgers had the perfect amount of bacon & mayo. Store was very clean as well! I will be driving past my neighborhood Five Guys to come here from now on!Vegetarian options: Endless customization options!

I was suppose to get a refund for them forgetting my food. Called the manager as I was instructed to and I cannot believe they gave that man a management role. The worst attitude and lack of leadership/communication I’ve ever experienced. He lied and told me I’d get a refund. I did not. He didn’t acknowledge anything I said. All he was worried about was how fast he can get off the phone with me. I have been in the food industry in the past so I understand how hard it can be but that manager is ridiculous and did nothing to rectify the situation. If you ever have any issues with them good luck he’s not gonna help. Pure laziness.

Overpriced. Average burgers now. They've always fallen apart by the second bite and I've never understood why they don't switch to a better bun. Burger seems thinner and smaller. The value is no longer there. Good service and a decent atmosphere but at $18 for a burger fries and a drink I'm tapping out.

We placed an order here by mistake and called 9 times to have it canceled. All our calls were ignored. I hen drove 30 minutes out of my way getting the order we couldn't cancel to arrive at an empty establishment and be told they must have been away from the phone. This place is run by teens, try something else nearby rather than wasting time here, as I had to.

This is my neighborhood Five Guys. The staff is Outstanding, they are friendly and always happy to see me, the dinning area is always spotless, the bathrooms are clean. And the peanuts are great. These guys make the quintessential classic American burger nothing beats it hands down. Kudos to the staff they are killing it. I couldn't be happier that these folks are in my neighborhood.

I'll start off with I've known Five Guys since it was a local chain in the Maryland / DC / Northern VA region and it was awesome. The NPR podcast on How I Built This is also awesome. Fries were based on Thrashers fries from Ocean City, MarylandThat being said, it's hard to maintain that standard that it started as a small business. Burger and fries were decent. Sorta wish they had Old Bay seasoning... Peanuts are great for kids distractions. Note that they use peanut oil so stay away if you are allergic.I'll probably be back for the convenience

This is my FIRST time coming to THIS location of Five Guys.....and without a doubt is MY LAST!!!!Upon entry into this establishment, I chose to immediately head for the bathroom to pee and wash my hands. Within SECONDS of my sitting to pee....... someone was FRANTICALLY POUNDING ON THE BATHROOM DOOR.... FRANTICALLY TWISTING THE HANDLE BACK AND FORTH WHILE YELLING INAUDIBLE WORDS TO ME as I'm trying to pee....while all of this is happening.... simultaneously there's a virtual LIVE Beastie Boys Concert happening right there in the bathroom with me.......the broadcast coming from the bathroom speaker mounted just above my head is BLAZINGLY LOUD......and while I too love the Beastie Boys maybe even more than the next generation....it doesn't change the fact that their productions aren't created with casual chit-chat between elevator listeners in mind. They create HUGE LOUD PRODUCTIONS with vivid messages for their captive audiences....so as a result I was unable to decipher the frantic message conveyed to me thru the bathroom door.Upon my exit from the bathroom, there was no one in the immediate area but there was someone nearby in the dining room. I approached her and politely asked her to repeat the message she had for me. She put her face about 6 inches from mine and said...."I said...the bathroom is for customers only"....to which I replied...."and what makes you think I'm not a customer here to buy something?"....to which she replied....."because I've seen you in here before".....to which I replied....."no you haven't... because I've NEVER been here before".....to which she replied...."if I haven't,.. then I'm sorry".....to which I replied...."you need to be because that was unbelievably rude!!!".I have never in my entire life been so harassed and embarrassed while trying to pee in a public restroom inside a hamburger joint!!Never once has a McDonald's employee ever asked me to leave under the assumption that I wasn't there to buy something.....in fact.....if there's a lock on their bathroom doors....THEY STOP WHAT THEY'RE DOING AND UNLOCK IT FOR ME!!!!Never once has a McDonald's employee ever turned to me and asked, before entering the lock combination, if I'm there to buy something or not!!!As it turns out....the person behind the frantic message for me was the manager. Her name is Angie.If I may make a small suggestion towards the continued business success of Five Guys at this location......give Angie a return ticket to manager bootcamp as it's obvious she's forgotten most everything taught from her first go round.What's shining through so brightly right now is her inability to wrangle her baseless senseless thoughts from manifesting into really bad decisions creating unnecessary drama right out of thin air.Emotional immaturity added to inferior decision making mixed with reckless presumptuous profiling is a recipe for business disaster!!I'll never come back here due to the statistical probability of encountering 1 or more or all the same individuals present to witness my initial encounter with such humiliating harassment. Personally I see no need to relive the fish-in-a-fish-bowl moment as it's so easily avoidable?.If you're not into being profiled...do yourself a favor...choose a different location!What a horrible experience!!

They REMOVED the cash register from the lower height ADA counter! How on earth do these companies think it’s ok to just flagrantly disregard the ADA laws?? Like seriously??Those of us that use wheelchairs to get around RELY on the codes and laws being followed to go about our day! This is an unnecessary issue and a slap in the face.

Got the pleasure of meeting the GM there, great guy. He has a passion for great food and outstanding service. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, even when we came in 30min before close.(sorry) can’t wait to come back!

The service was good, but a bit slow. I waited 25 minutes for my order and I ordered in person. I advise people to order online first then go.I like all the toppings that are available for each burger. I had a strawberry milkshake and it was so satisfying. I didn't care much from the fries. My bun was a bit too soft and soggy though. I did get a stomachache after eating the burger...so I'm a bit afraid to go back. I relieved myself and felt better afterwards, so it wasn't that bad.
