The facility was clean and bright and the staff were wonderful. We really really wanted to like the cookies. I spent eighty dollars for gift for my husband. I only ate 2 of the cookies we bought, as they were a gift. My husband is the cookie expert. He did not like them, only the oatmeal cookies received a passing grade. All the cookies were way to sweet, hurt his mouth too sweet. The sugar cookie was too sweet also, but inaddition had a heavy shortening taste, chemical like. The oatmeal cookies were good, but again too sweet. The pie slice cookie was passable if you scrape off the frosting. It must be the Back East palates, both their donuts and cookies are too sweet. No wonder they like Starbucks with all the sugar options. No real Oregonian would like this much sugar. Maybe they could make a lower sugar option for Oregonians. Call it the Oregonian oatmeal cookie. Cut the sugar by half would do it. We really wanted to love these cookies. The people working there were so nice and it's close to the bird store we like. But we just can't give these a thumbs up. I tried the sugar cookie fifteen minutes ago, with milk and my tongue hurts. Geez Louise... So Sorry.

This place is great! It has options for almost everyone's dessert taste. Cookies, ice cream and chocolates from Rocky Mountain. We went for the first time tonight. The ice cream is good, it's sort of like Cold Stone, but you can have as many mix-ins as you want for one price. Some might feel it's spendy, but if you go to those frozen yogurt places that charge by the ounce, you end up paying more. The cookies were good as well. The manager (might have been the owner) served us, and he was extremely nice. The other thing we appreciated was how very clean it was. I highly recommend this place.

Very good custom cookie for my kids birthday. It was somewhere around $45, but it was enormous! They had it ready quickly as well.

I had seen great American cookies on Uber eats and had to check it out for myself. They offer cookies, chocolates and ice cream as well as a few other novelty items. The cookie cakes can be customized within three hours notice which I thought was awesome for a last minute celebration! We had the original chocolate chip and a peanut butter cookie. I was not the biggest fan of the chocolate chip, however the peanut butter was soft and fresh. I am really interested in trying their cookie cakes in the future as they had them decorated so beautifully. There is plenty of parking and several tables to eat in for your treats. The employees were helpful and patient as we navigated their large menu of offerings.

Cookies weren't anything special. They were on the smaller size and very very overpriced. I would not believe when they rang me up for 2 cookies how much they were. I also asked for a refund after I tasted them.

We didn't actually eat anything. Clean business, friendly staff but a bit too commercial for my tastes. They are two businesses in one as they share space with Rocky Mountain Chocolate. Prices weren't terrible and things looked good. Worth a stop if it's your kind of thing

I had one of their cheesecake brownies, so good, asked questions about chocolate was very knowledgeable they have only been open 3 1/2 weeks. Go support this lovely shop, cookies, ice cream, chocolate was no better than that.

Stopped by this new shop today, what a delightful cornucopia of choices, from cookies, candy and ice cream to packaged goods ready to go. Ended up with Red Velvet cookie; generous portion, delicious toppings sprinkled over to die for brownie with red velvet border. The young woman behind the counter was super friendly. Wish them well as they are new to our neighborhood. Have shopped with them in other parts of the country and are reliably well made treats!
