They were really busy this afternoon...the place was a bit messy and drinks took awhile to come out.
I usually order on the app, but decided to interact with human during this visit. Staff was nice, though the young woman who helped me went through the payment screen so fast I didn't have a chance to scan my app or get a printed receipt. At least I got what I ordered. Would give this place another visit, and slow down the process to get credit for my visit. 🥴

Grant S was fantastic, he knew the menu and suggested just what I had in mind, we had small talk while drinks were being made, he thanked customers by name, the most impressive thing he asked if he could go outside and pick up a huge mess of fast food litter, as I pulled out another wave and smile . I tried to buy different items around $40, the cashier didn't accept $50 dollar bill, new policy, the manager said they don't need to have a sign for this !

This was my first visit to this location, and I was impressed! The lobby was exceptionally clean, and the employee at the counter was incredibly friendly. Her positive energy was contagious! In addition to the outstanding service, my large order of smoothies, juice, and bowls were loved by my whole family.

Just tried to buy $42 in drinks and Jamba wouldn't except my $50 bill issued by our own government. Management must be dumb.
I love their cups. I have collected them (and used them) since I first started going to Jamba back in 2021. I mentioned to the staff that the metal cups they were offering was flaking off inside the cup into the drinks. The straw coloring to match the cup was flaking off into drinks. I expressed that it felt unsafe to drink. I was glad to see that those cups on display were replaced with much better cups the next week when I visited. Jamba makes great smoothies and their food is good for a quick pick up. I plan to head there tomorrow to pick up a new holiday cup and some delicious Orange Dream. Thank you Jamba!
I was really tired and decided to get a smoothie 40 minutes before closing and I felt really bad, so I just wanted to get in and get out. But I had the loveliest time talking to Kiana my smoothie-rista(?) I hope she’s doing well and that her customer service brightened up my tired day! :)
