I haven't had any issues with the food but good lord the customer service here is awful. Not a single welcome as you walk in and everyone just stares at you awkwardly.

Ordered a giant 55, went home with something else entirely. Didn't go back because I was on my lunch break. It sounded like there were new employees working so I'll give it a pass for now.

Seriously?!?! The bread is burned and there’s literally 5, maybe 6 strips of tiny bacon on a giant blt…this location has failed so many times. I’m done. Go to the Clackamas location across from Kaiser.

I would put zero stars but it doesn’t allow. The people working at this place just talk non-stop to each other and didn’t pay attention to what they were doing. They mixed our order up and didn’t even offer a small refund. The sandwiches are tiny and not worth the amount of money they are marked for.. we will NOT be returning here. I suggest if you decide to visit this place check your food before you leave. We had to drive back to fix it.

I hate to leave bad reviews but it was an hour wait. Picking up an order for a friend, but when I got there they said they didn’t have it under the name. I told them he placed it over the phone and they said they don’t do that. I waited and he called again and then they found the order that was somehow hiding from them. They apologized and took around 40 minutes to make it. After saying it would take 10 minutes. They did give a 10% discount so that was nice but when I got back to my friend he realized they made and charged for 3x as much as he ordered ??

Just got sandwiches I didn’t order and the staff was belligerent and dismissive.Pretty sure if OSHA saw how disgusting their work stations are… they’d close them down.??Save your time and money this place is horrific…

The customer service was absolutely horrible. The people behind the counter spoke extremely quietly and didn’t even know what kind of sandwich they were making while making it.. They didn’t get our order correct from ordering sandwiches to asking for 2 combos. I highly recommend finding a firehouse subs or a jimmy johns over going to the jersey mikes in Happy Valley.

Nothing bad to say about this place - started going to this location after the Clackamas location (across from Kaiser) totally grossed me out. I was happy to see workers changing their gloves between customers and using the register. Someone promptly helped me when I entered and made my sandwich just how I requested. Quick service. Not sure about the bad reviews, but I'm wondering if people are confusing this location for the one in Clackamas...
