I hate to leave bad reviews but it was an hour wait. Picking up an order for a friend, but when I got there they said they didn’t have it under the name. I told them he placed it over the phone and they said they don’t do that. I waited and he called again and then they found the order that was somehow hiding from them. They apologized and took around 40 minutes to make it. After saying it would take 10 minutes. They did give a 10% discount so that was nice but when I got back to my friend he realized they made and charged for 3x as much as he ordered ??

Just got sandwiches I didn’t order and the staff was belligerent and dismissive.Pretty sure if OSHA saw how disgusting their work stations are… they’d close them down.??Save your time and money this place is horrific…

The customer service was absolutely horrible. The people behind the counter spoke extremely quietly and didn’t even know what kind of sandwich they were making while making it.. They didn’t get our order correct from ordering sandwiches to asking for 2 combos. I highly recommend finding a firehouse subs or a jimmy johns over going to the jersey mikes in Happy Valley.

Nothing bad to say about this place - started going to this location after the Clackamas location (across from Kaiser) totally grossed me out. I was happy to see workers changing their gloves between customers and using the register. Someone promptly helped me when I entered and made my sandwich just how I requested. Quick service. Not sure about the bad reviews, but I'm wondering if people are confusing this location for the one in Clackamas...

Have to agree with many of the reviews here. The food was good. But service was pretty terrible. Watched them not make eye contact or acknowledge people walking in, while people just stare, waiting. The one girl working the grill at the time was the only person to let people know they'd be with them soon, despite being the only person not facing customers...since she was working the grill. Every single table in the lobby was covered in crumbs and grease. The floor wasn't swept at all. Have had a much better experience at the other sunnyside location on multiple occasions.

Second time I have found hair in my sandwich. First time I let it go! Second time it was just disgusting. There were a lot of employees working none of them had there hair up. They had visor hats on but No hair tied up. The only one that had their hair up was the young lady working the register. Guys with long hair making the sandwiches. Came home and started eating my sandwich and what I though was a string on onions was a rather mediumLength dirty blond hair! I've gone to this location a few times cause it's on way home from work. I will not be going to this location anymore.
