Rude employee taking orders. Even more rude when making the sandwich. I had asked for extra lettuce. When I saw a sandwich being wrapped I asked if that was mine. I reminded him I asked for extra lettuce. He tells me he put extra lettuce. I said ok, can I have extra extra lettuce. He repeats that this is extra. I only requested lettuce and mayo on my sandwich so I did not think putting more lettuce in place of other condiments was a big deal but apparently it was. I finally had to tell him to put on more lettuce or refund my money. Before leaving I told him that his attitude over lettuce and choosing to be rude to a customer reflects very poorly on Jimmy Johns.

We order from this location often and for all our employees. Always clean and professional. Only thing was they forgot the extra ham we paid for on 2 #1. Love all their bread, A++++Vegetarian options: I love the wheat bread with veggie ingredients. Italian is really good as well.

Service was good and all but the bread we got was pretty much completely stale and hard as a rock, figured it out when I got home and called and they said I would have to drive back that day with the sandwiches to get a refund or remake, I just don't understand why they can't let me come in another day because I was super low on gas. I've been to many other places and not one place said I can't come back another day (stuff like this is super rare and I rarely write reviews unless it deserves it) for a certain reason, like this) It could've been way over cooked or super stale either or not enjoyable to eat. Just wish it would be easier to do the refund/remake for the coustomer

I wish they would false advertise about the free sandwhich I was told I would receive by just downloading the app. But when I went back much to my surprise the manager. whom is also a taller heavy set black man and every other worker in there made me feel embarrassed,Hurt and enraged. I went to order from them just three days prior and was told this. I could have purchased a sandwich again but it was the principle of honoring what I was told they would do.

The one girl was cute. Nice hair, polite, double checked for ranch even though we both knew they were out for the night. Can't complain. I'll be back. Dude in the back seemed like he was getting a lot done. Granted I've worked at JJ so I'm just familiar with what's going on. He was wrapping meat, the cutie was training, he stepped up when enough people walked in. It was all good and functional. ?

I ordered a giant tuna sandwich. When I opened it up it looked small. It was my first time eating here. I ate it and then just googled how big is a giant sandwich . It was supposed to '16 inches. Wont be back. The sandwich was really good, but not worth $17.50. I just didn't get a Giant they gave me a regular size.

Food if ok, but this place got a new card machine that try's to force a tip. There is no choice for 0%, you have to mess around or ask the clerk to set it to 0. Really lame, indicates to me the owner is trying to underpay his employees and make up for it with tips.

Always good just 1 person working with 8 people and the other person prepping lettuce instead of helping out. The guy that helped us is kinda shady. I've seen him before.
