I got the beef bibimbap with spicy Korean sauce and it’s so so good. It’s a flavor bomb and not too spicy, just enough of a kick. Sorry about the picture, I like to mix everything together. But trust me, it’s bomb!!!

Their spam masubi is the best I've found. Perfectly cooked rice, seared crispy spam, and just the right amount of a glaze. I can't stop talking about to my spouse....so much so that he told me "enough with your perfectly cooked rice and the seared spam with the glaze" lol Their bowls are also great if you want a bigger meal.

This is the best food in the whole food cart area! The staff are super nice and have always accommodated any food sub requests that I've had. I like that they have a healthy option and you can build your own bowl. They have remained consistent, and I will be back!

It was fresh but not very flavorful and not a great portion size, so the value for what you get wasn’t great.

I got the build your own bowl with tofu steak. The flavors were amazing and the tofu was fried perfectly!

To say I'm slightly addicted to their kalua pork and Mac salad is an understatement! I have to make myself stop eating it so I have leftovers! It usually comes with a salad which is really good, but I need extra Mac salad to go with the pork. It usually comes with 1 sauce and I got 2 because it's that good. Located at the happy valley food carts. Let's ear there so we don't lose this yummy food!!

Eaten here over 20 times and never left a review. My go to order is the grilled chicken with the spicy Korean gochujang sauce. You can also order it non spicy. All their food is great. A wonderful fusion of flavors. They’re fast and everything is always cooked perfectly. Please eat here.

False advertisement! Advertising cheap white fish as "Mahi Mahi"...Ordered the "Mahi Mahi"...what I received was NOT Mahi Mahi. When I opened the container, the fish looked so familiar to me. It looked exactly like the frozen battered white fish you buy from a grocery store --- maybe Van Kamp's frozen fish fillets or Gorton's. There was so much batter and the fish was very thin. Even the frozen battered fish you get at Costco has more meat and not just full of batter. I know the taste of Mahi Mahi and when I took the first bite, I knew it was not Mahi Mahi. What a disappointment. I tossed the entire plate in the trash. We won't be giving them our business. $14.00 wasted. What a total rip off!

So good! They changed up their spam musubi from when they first started and it's now perfection! Great quality of food and the flavor is on point.

We got 2 of the bowls (spicy beef and chicken) plus the grilled chicken entree. Everything was so good. The spicy beef was definitely the favorite. The seasoning was perfect, so fresh, 3 meals ready in under 10 minutes. Korean and Hawaiian pairs so well together and K-Bop does it right!

Wow super yummy, bibimbop was delicious! Kimchi definitely was not my favorite here though...
