We were driving all day and were able to order online. They had our food ready to go despite having some troubles with their systems. It was by far one of the best crab boils I’ve had. We demolished the “whole pot” as a couple as we both left full. Would definitely recommend!!!

We went to the Kracked Crab for a birthday dinner. We got the large crab boil for the four of us and still had some left over to take home. It tasted great and we were surprised how much there was. It is located in a building that has other restaurants in it also and there is a full bar so you can get drinks also. If you are looking for a seafood boil this is a good place to go located in Happy Valley. Casual dining experience.

I read several menus from various crab restaurants and choose Kracked Crab in Happy Valley because the pricing was decent for crab legs. It took us a minute to find the place but once we did the establishment was modern, clean and full of various food restaurants. The owner was charming, helpful and friendly. But once our order was placed and paid for the service went down hill. Four of us spent $175 on #10 and #9 combo. The #10 came in a huge foil tray, and #9 in a styrofoam container. When our food arrived in a decent amount of time, we were handed plastic gloves a few napkins and small plastic forks. The food was hot! But it took me four “asks” and my temper to get crab crackers. By this time the crab had already begun to get cold and I was pissed. $175 in crab that none of us could get open. The bottom of the tray was piled with potatoes soaking in clarified butter and spices. It also came with sausage, corn, shrimp, tiny lobster tails and crab legs on the smaller side. The taste was good, the price fair but not worth the 45 minute drive and the gut reaction to food soaked in butter. Portion size was generous and so was the mess we made trying to eat this meal. We also ordered from the bar, a separate tab of $50 plus tip. The bartender must have been new or on her first day of working as I watched her run around in circles not knowing what to do and she served us the wrong beer from what we ordered. Sorry to say I don’t think we will go back. Good luck to the cool dude that owns the place. He did offer us a discount but we declined out of respect for a small business owner. Edit: This was an issue with Uber, the store was closed but they made it sound like the restaurant was open and cancelled my order. Ordered again today and the food was amazing. Everything had great flavor and was cooked perfectly. I got sweet herb and garlic parm. My favorite was the sweet herb, but the garlic parm actually had flavor and plenty of garlic it was great too. Definitely recommend will be ordering again in the future.

Showed up at 11:30am since online says they open at 11am. Nobody was there, a sweet lady in the business next door ended up calling him and stated he would not be there to open until 2pm! You had a line of customers and lost business due to inconsistent hours. Very disappointed with the “new location”

I ordered the #5 (Full Catch) for myself and another person, which was more than enough to share between the both of us. The platter included crab legs, potatoes, corn, sausage, and a generous amount of shrimp. We chose two drips/sauces: Garlic Parmesan and Ragin' Cajun. Both were incredibly flavorful without being too spicy! For the price, it was definitely worth every bit of what we got! 👍
Please note: This location is designed like a street food mall, with several different restaurants found inside. Since this area was new for us, we were a bit confused about how to find it. Just a heads-up for other visitors! Happy crackin'! 🦀

Good flavor but food was room temperature. Took it back and told the two young girls working it was room temperature at best amd they paged us about 7 minutes later and it was still cold. This is the 2nd visit where the food wasn't hot. Same girl cooking last time. Very disappointing since we come every Friday and it's been our favorite spot. If the owner is in it's on point!
