Hands down the most expensive chineese buffet ive ever encountered, selection isnt great, quality is low, and drinks were empty for a long time before anyone offered refill. All-in-all, one of the worst dining experiences ive had in my 41 years on this spinning ball of rock.

I went to this restaurant today, and honestly it is disgusting. I ate a hair that was in my food. I told one of the workers, and he did not care. We decided to leave but the manager told us we have to pay, even tho we did not continue to eat the food. I felt like they stole my money and I won’t be returning.

The service was bad we ordered pho soup and they gave us to all you can eat buffets so we decided to go ahead and eat in the food was disgusting now if you're just ordering the pho soup it's good other than that let it be

They said close at 9 pm but when I get there 7h 30 on that day not much customers we eat only 2 plates about 8 pm they try to clean up and they give us the bill they want us to hury paid and get out but thấy changed same price 120 for 4 people

Poor experience, had a group of people come to the buffet for a celebration and about half ended up sick right after eating. Called Kumi to inform them but gave the run around and ended up blocking my uncle's phone number.
