The service was bad we ordered pho soup and they gave us to all you can eat buffets so we decided to go ahead and eat in the food was disgusting now if you're just ordering the pho soup it's good other than that let it be

They said close at 9 pm but when I get there 7h 30 on that day not much customers we eat only 2 plates about 8 pm they try to clean up and they give us the bill they want us to hury paid and get out but thấy changed same price 120 for 4 people

I should have gone to the bathroom before eating here. Upon entering it smelled absolutely terrible. My child liked it, so that's all that matters, but it wasn't my jam.
Poor experience, had a group of people come to the buffet for a celebration and about half ended up sick right after eating. Called Kumi to inform them but gave the run around and ended up blocking my uncle's phone number.

The food is great. Not that much food for that price. I find it pretty weird how they charge 2-3 year olds.. they act like they will eat a whole course meal. The server was rude and lazy. She kept avoiding our table for literally no reason. I waved at her to give me a refill and she looked at me and ignored me. Pretty disgusting service. She kept flirting with her coworker instead of giving us a refill. This isn’t a club and you shouldn’t be here flirting and touching your coworker. You should your JOB. The job YOU APPLIED to. The poor coworker looked uncomfortable. He was actually sweet and helped us out. However, the doesn’t justify to have a lazy employee who can’t do a simple job. She killed our experience as a family time. This is her.

We got seated in a smaller room off to the side of the main dining area, and it had an unpleasant smell. Some of the food sat in cold temperatures, but it tasted good. Very saucy.
