I ordered online over an hour ago and the confirmation email said it should be done in 15 minutes. Walked in 15 minutes later and was told it would be just 15 minutes more. Now that I’ve been waiting here for over an hour and I’m not sure the three people working here know what they’re doing. He’s asked my name a couple times already and they still haven’t started on my food. Only one person seams to be making food while the other two are wandering around aimlessly. The backup of customers trying to get their food is ridiculous. I’m not sure what’s up with this location since I’ve never had problems like this at any other location. Skip this one and go somewhere else. They have no idea what they’re doing here.

The dine-in experience here was so bad that it was almost comical. We decided to try LaughingPlanet tonight because their menu online looks excellent. My overall takeaway: if you're going to try it then don't dine in, just get an order for pickup. The tables were dirty. Paper towel machine in the restroom was broken. The staff seemed flustered possibly due to being short handed which reflects in the way the interact with you. Lastly, there was literally a window open at 6pm when it's 48 degrees outside which the staff said apparently has something to do with the water heater (???). Anyway, it was cold and uncomfortable. We might have enjoyed the food a bit more if the atmosphere was even remotely suitable for dining in. Major bummer.

We’ve been across the street at the hospital for a couple days, and the folks working the early evening weekday shift have been awesome. Friendly amongst themselves and customers (in a genuine way), accommodating, fast, and they all seemly treat each other with equal respect. I wish it wasn’t so rare in customer service, but this place just has good vibes and good food, all of which has been much appreciated to us.

This review is mainly for the staff. The few times I’ve been there they have been SO sweet and attentive. Today I ordered delivery and they were out of a cookie so they replaced it with two different ones and left a sweet note. It’s so encouraging to see people be so kind and care about little things like this. Food is always amazing!
