Could have been better for the prices. Drinks were watered down and took more than 30 minutes to get them from time of order. Very unorganized and reservations were made for a large party. Reminded me of an episode of Kitchen Nightmares. It's scary to imagine the kitchen if the wait staff is so unorganized.

The food and service was immaculate, and my drink was delicious and strong. Quite pricey, but if you have the money it’s worth it.

Vegetarian options: You can sub veggie mix for any protein. I got the veggie chimichanga from the You Pick One menu section, and it was AMAZING.

This is only an okay restaurant. Oddly decorated with large white vinyl benches, glittery mirrors and countertops, and black painted wood floors and cabinets. It is a jarring environment and I never feel relaxed nor comfortable in here.
The food is also bland. The vegetable option is 80% grilled onion. Yuck. The meat options are dry and overcooked and then doused in too-sweet sauces.
The service is poor. There are plenty of servers, but they spend more time chatting with each other by the bar than refilling water glasses or checking in with diners.

Best go to a real taquería for real food.

Vegetarian options: The grilled veggie options are gross. Mostly onions. There are more options in the world but this restaurant doesn't know how to serve good veggie options.

To be honest I was not impressed with anything I bought. The queso was one note; it didn't really have any flavor. The salsa was alright, but it's not for me given I don't like cilantro. I will say that at least the salsa was complimentary. The tortilla chips weren't the least salty. The nachos were supposed to be ground beef, but that's not what I got. This is beef, but I'm presently blanking on what you call this. I wouldnt be mad if it at least tasted good, but the flavor of the meat doesn't go with the nachos at all. The nachos were also soggy, which I'm not surprised. I ordered pick-up online. I expected to see a text that it was ready for pick-up like anywhere else I've ordered food, but I didn't. I waited the full wait time the website said it would take, and like an additional 10 minutes before I checked the email I got and saw I could pull up a tracker. It was ready. Who knows how long. That might be my fault. Maybe I missed reading something saying you would need to use the tracker or you'd never know it's ready, but anyway, even the drink I got didn't have any flavor except very faintly. Considering I spent like $40, I'm heavily disappointed. I don't intend to finish any of this. As for service, when I walked in, no one was at the front desk. Thankfully my food was just sitting by the door in this one section so I just grabbed it and walked out hoping that was ok? There wasn't any posted signage so I'm assuming that's what they want customers to do?

Anyway, I don't think I'm eating here again.

So bummed, I have never experienced such poor customer service. Walked in with my husband & toddler. It was not even busy at this time. We were hoping to spend a good time, enjoy some good food. Got seated and waiter never got to us or even looked our way. 2 groups of people got seated after us and immediately got drinks and ordered. Waiters passed by us multiple times and we were never even acknowledged.
We left after 30 min of waiting. It saddens me bc we really enjoy the atmosphere and food here but rather spend my money elsewhere.

Honestly, I was bummed. I saw lots of great reviews and was really excited to come try the margaritas. No wait on a Saturday night and the vibes were pretty chill with upbeat music playing, lots of cozy booths with comfy seating. I got the mango chamoy margarita in a regular size. It was huge!! Be warned, the "regular" is a whole fishbowl! HOWEVER, we were there long enough for me to finish it and it ended up being more chamoy than anything else, and it was the absolute *weakest* margarita of my life. We got the fajita sampler and it smelled amazing and the flavor was fantastic! The shrimp was great! However, the steak and chicken were tiny rubbery pieces and there were legitimately more onions on the bottom than there was meat. Our server was super friendly! However, we had to flag down multiple other servers to get plates for our fajitas, and to get our check, which was also incorrect, and had to be fixed when we flagged down another person that was not our server. I don't know if she had other tables or something, but our area was almost empty and we didn't see her much once the other table left. I used to wait tables, I'm patient, I'm understanding, I tipped over 20%, and I'm not upset in the least. But it was a disappointing experience and I'll go to a different restaurant next time I'm craving margaritas or fajitas.

Food has become very bland, and the ground beef taste like Taco Bell filler meat. Terrible.

Tacos were soggy from the beans. The pina coloda tasted strange, like fake flavoring. There was nothing on the apps for a decent price. The taquitos were delicious but we're really big, not very finger food like. Not impressed. We also got bothered by a guy in the parking lot...

The only reason this place gets two stars instead of one is because the staff were nice. The $26.00 fajitas consisted of 7 thin strips of chicken sitting on five cups of sauteed onions. I paid $2 extra for pineapple which consisted of 6 one-half inch cubes. The $25 margaritas were also extraordinarily expensive but at least they tasted good. This place is a waste of money.

Atmosphere feels very white girl coded. White leather covers booths, tables. Pink neon, bedazzled chandler's, goshe mirrors. And plastic dirty plants that adventure been dusted in weeks.

The food is a lower quality than food trucks found up the street.

The cost is absolutely ridiculously high.
Paid 21$ for the lazyst "big boy" burrito that had 15% chicken the reat was bland rice and beans. With a canned enchilada sauce pourdnover top.

The best part of the dine in experience was the chips and salsa when we sat down.

Our server "Ocean" was inattentive and mumbled under his breath when leaving tables with a very much "I don't give a shit" attitude

The most expensive drinks around! 20 dollars for a "regular" mojito, and it's about as weak as it gets. I know they don't want people getting tossed, but for $20, you should be able to taste the liquor. Food is pricey too. Happy hour menu is tiny. Food is nothing special. You are paying for everyone's instagram experience. Talk about basic!

Very fancy place to get Mexican food. Not as good as the little mom and pop owned ones, but the service is great and the atmosphere is very trendy
