Margarita Factory Happy Valley

Been back a couple of times. I always order Bacon-wrapped shrimp. They are so delicious! Also tried their pina-coladas, it's almost like dessert drinks. So good!

Love the Margaritas! The place is nice and trendy.

The food was good but seemed to take a while to get and the atmosphere is nicely done but the waiter we had wasn't really too attentive so that was a little frustrating..would probably eat here again to see if it changes because the food was good but would be nice if the service was better.Over all not bad tho.

This place is wild. No host at the entrance for over 5 minutes as groups piled up. After our food arrived, I had to track someone down for silverware. Jose our server was on the computer the whole time. The food was terrible and wildly overpriced. The style is like a rich girls bedroom. Gawdy, expensive, and priced 3 times what it is worth. How is this place real?

Be sure to let your server know what size cocktail you want. They seem to default to the medium. It is 32 oz! Four of the five entree dinners were bland. Very disappointed.

We went for lunch and it was not busy at all. Good service and good Mexican food.

Jesus was our server and went above and beyond. Friendly, attentive service and of course delicious food! Excellent overall and will be frequenting from now on.

I am so pleased with this restaurant!!! I enjoyed the fajitas while my wife enjoyed this salad! The quantity of food was a great surprise and the cost was comparable to any other Mexican restaurant I’ve ever been too. The service was exceptional and we felt like they really wanted us to enjoy the food and wonderful atmosphere! When we come back to Portland, rest assured we shall return!!!

Happy hour is deals were a nice surprise! Only gave the food 3 stars because my cast iron nachos came out and were room temp - I am a temperature snob when it comes to food but also it’s the cast iron nachos so I think this is still a fair rating. I’m sure it was a one off situation tho. Come here!!

Love the decor and atmosphere. Quick, friendly service on a Tuesday afternoon. Food was delicious as we have come to expect.

Been sitting at my table for 40 minutes, no server, nothing. Waved a few over, still no server. This is the 3rd time this has happened. We will never be coming back. Absolute worst service ive ever experienced. Dont recommend anyone to go there. It was not busy, plenty of staff standing around the bar and chatting with each other. Lots of open seating so they were not overwhelmed. Absolutely ridiculous.

I had heard great things about this place before visiting, and honestly, everything was fantastic. The menu is delicious and offers a wide variety. It’s definitely on my list of places to return to, especially because of the excellent service; we were served by a young woman named Irianda, who was friendly and attentive to our table. I was also delighted with the drink menu. You can really tell they put a lot of care into what they offer and pay attention to every detail—I hope to be back very soon!
