This restaurant offers first-rate service and delicious meals. One of my favourite spots around here. The meals served quick and the prices were fair. I recommend this place.

Ordered the Chicken bacon club and it was delicious and very filling, it came with a side salad with a garlic vinaigrette which was delicious. I also ordered a cup of the house made soup which was loaded baked potato and it was very delicious. Very pleased, I'll definitely be back next time I'm craving sandwiches and soup!

Bread was 5 days past expiration date. When kid at counter went to get me bread from the back he was told not to. The older guy (who said not to) pushed me out of line to ring up customers. The kid came back with some bread but it was cheap bread and no dates on it. 1 star for the for trying -1 for the older guy.

We visited the cafe for an early dinner after shopping, we were extremely disappointed of Chicken cilantro lime salad, the greens were not fresh and so with the dressing not the usual ones I order in Nordstrom Café in Seattle, Bellevue and Lynnwood.. I thought only ours was disappointing even the club sandwiches and side salad of my husband and son in law were not good.. my husband commented that whoever prepared our food was already tired or don't know what he was doing ..

Quite a nice club sandwich they have here, though the service is slow for a place with barely any customers in it. Staff talk loudly in the front. They also forgot my soup, which was reminiscent of instant sachet soup. The only thing I would recommend here is the club sandwich

After being recently at so many excellent Nordstrom restaurants in Texas (for example, The Woodlands's modern bistro Bazille, and the oh so great a bit older Nordstrom Bistro in South Austin...) I guess my family and I have been quite spoiled by Nordstrom. We visited this place with expectations for a similar level of experience... so we were stupefied by the absolutely mediocre, stuffy, terrible old restaurant we found instead... guess Nordstrom in Portland (our favorite city) has not kept up with any of the progress of other updated locations- their cuisine & ambiance are still frozen in time, somewhere in the 90s... a limited menu with a lot of carb items and no high quality proteins, pretty much a mall food court taste and presentation... what a disappointment. I honestly do hope that Nordstrom reads or reviews and plans to fix this situation ASAP. Until then... we will stay away from this place.
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!. The food is pricey but the quality warrants the cost. Every time I eat here it is always a pleasure. The desserts are mouthwatering and the crisp garlic bread is the best. Their menu changes but its ALWAYS delicious.

Love coming here. Whenever I forget food and running late to work I can always count on this place for good food. The service is pretty good and options are not bad. It would be nice if they had more options on the menu but the place is so nice and the food is very good

Reason for one star the service was absolutely terrible. Me and my boyfriend ordered a salad around 2:00 just one Caesar salad and we ended up waiting till 2:40 ! Just for one simple salad like what are they doing growing the vegetables fresh back there? We didn't want to go up to the people working there because none of them even seemed like they cared . And I could literally see our salad was done like 10 minutes after we ordered it was siting on the counter for 30 minutes I can not believe it . The food was fantastic but customer service wise terrible . I really hope they get that fixed!

I work in the mall at Regis and can always count on the cafe to prepare my take out meal in a timely fashion and it is always delicious. I especially like that they will make my grilled cheese on any type of bread I choose with the cheese of my choice as well.
