It's a bougie McDonald's, beautiful, but why is the customer service register girl that takes the order so rude? I couldn't see a main tag but she was big in size and white. No hello, No goodbye, just a low monotone boring voice as if I'm inconveniencing her at work. Horrible atmosphere from her.

Got in here about 10:05 go thru the drive thru ordered and was told to park to wait for the tenders I waited till 10:30 in the 1 spot no ever came out and no else had to park to wait either they just waited at the window till they got there food ended up knocking on both doors to get food so I could leave but no answer ended up leaving with no food and 17 dollars short

Truly the worst McDs. Every order I get is 10%-50% wrong. Sometimes they get the sauce wrong, sometimes they get the drink wrong, almost every single time they forget one order or all of the fries. I once ordered a happy meal and didn’t check it before I went home. All that was in the happy meal box were chicken nuggets… no fries, no toy and this was an order where I put in a double order of fries. They don’t question when I point it out and will always correct but almost always I’m in a rush and I don’t check right away and then I’m home before I realized how badly they messed up the order.

Every time I come to this location, I end up having to park and wait for my food. Even when all I'm ordering is a big mac. How long does it take to make a big Mac. Things are not the same as years ago.

It’s really hit or miss. Most of the time, the staff are friendly, but our last visit was the worst. They gave us the wrong order and brought it to the counter. One of the girls just said, “I don’t know 🤷🏻♀️ I didn’t do it,” with no apology at all. They eventually handed over the “collect” order, but it was still missing a burger.
The younger workers just stand around chatting, even when customers are waiting at the counter to order—they don’t seem to care and just ignore them. The quality of service has definitely gone downhill.
Screwed up our order. Didnt have time to go back and get it fixed.
