11:25 on Wednesday night I stop at this McDonald’s to grab myself a ice cream cone and a water. I only had a few bucks but ice cream was calling my name. I proceeded to order my cone and water (which I figured was free) like water is at every other McDonald’s, apparently I was wrong! 25cents for a water.. normally no biggie but this time it made me shortage for for my ice cream cone. After trying to refund me for 5 minutes and asking me for the money continuously the women finally gave up and said pull forward you can just have it. At the next window I was greeted by a LOVELY older women, just a peach. She scoured at me in disgust that I was 25 cents short and said no way you’re getting this ice cream cone, she would never help such a pathetic broke soul like myself, she’d rather throw away the ice cream cone in my face while shaking her head in disbelief. The looks she gave me spoke a thousand words and they were asking if I knew where I was, this is happy valley, wealth is mandatory in these parts, no handouts around here, now go on back to Gresham now. Overall great experience, will be back to try the ice cream.

While the food was decent, hot and served quickly, the attitudes and lack of customer service was terrible. I understand it was morning rush times, however that doesn't mean the workers couldn't of been nicer to myself and my nephew.

Not 24 hours open, not for another month is what I was told. Summer hours it will be 24 hours but as of right now it is notDidn't hate it or like it I just figured I'd post a review letting others know it's not a 24 hour drive through

No one expects to have to DRIVE BACK to the drive thru to get their correct food, and then not even get an apology for the rudeness or the screw up. I didn't order 2 McChickens to be replaced by 2 McDouble cheeseburgers, especially when i cannot eat burgers. I don't care how late at night it is, you still have some human decency to people. Apologize. Be nice. If you had a bad day or are super busy don't take it out on me.

This McDonalds continuously gets our order wrong and takes forever even when ordering for pickup. This morning I ordered on the app and gave them 30 minutes before arriving and still had to wait 15 mins in the drive through. They also failed to give us our total order. We were in a rush so didn't check before we left and had half the food we ordered. We won't be going back ever.

Ordered a 10 piece nugget meal and an additional 10 piece nugget. First off, how did you miss sauce for my nuggets? Second, how did you miss my additional nuggets and sauce for my second order, too? The last 5 times I've been here, my order has been messed up. I was hoping tonight would be different, but my mistake! Guess that's what I get for not checking my bag and leaving so I dont hold you guys up.

Been here twice, both times i was missing items in the order. The company makes it very difficult to address missing items, if not impossible.Please stop taking my money, not providing what I ordered, and then calling me a liar. Thanks!

The WORST employees. They called myself and my boyfriend liars when we went back and told them they forgot our mcflurry and kids meal. If it wasnt my kids food i wouldnt have PAID FOR IT AGAIN, but my kid needed to eat and they are p.o.s for not checking the cameras to see they indeed did NOT give us what we paid for. Then of course by the time we all got to eat our food was cold, made incorrectly and service was the worst i ever experienced. It was some older mexican lady manager or lead and a feminine looking/behaving young boy. They can kiss my a#*

food is usually okhowever I can't get food at 2:00 AM unless i have cashtheir explanation is that their computers are down and updating so they're not able to take credit cards. They must be using Windows 95. I don't know what business can't keep using credit cards or debit card electronic payment all the time why does it take them all night for their computers to update. I will never go to this McDonald's again .
