It has been a very long time since I entered a McDonald's. Especially after the backwards 20/20 we had. However the one I'm currently at has demonstrated really good customer service and the atmosphere is excellent. I have to rate the food very low because the selections and ability to modify and not get charged up the Wazoo is a bit messed up. The issue I have is I want a sausage egg McMuffin but without the sausage and without the extra charge for the sausage. when you remove an item or part of a product from an order there should be a reduction in cost just like there's an increase in cost when you add to the product as it were. Admittedly, this time I did not actually ask to see if we can get it at a reduced price but I don't want to deal with that today. If the particular location I'm at actually responds and says they do that kind of thing I will definitely change my recommendation from 4 stars to 5 and the food would go up to three or even four based on that.

Service is sub par at best, Wait times are ridiculously long, lobby is always a mess, and McDonalds prices all have raised insanely high. It’s about the same time & price as if you were to go to an Applebees or Chilis.

Well I can't rate. The $35 worth of food that I ordered becuse their terminal. And everything was down and I didn't have cash to pay for it. Since their debit card machine was down, you would think that they would put signs on the door and I asked them what they were gonna do with all that food that I ordered since I couldn't take it with me because their system was down. They said they're gonna throw it away. Really if you're not gonna give it to me, you might as well give it to some homeless people don't just throw food in the trash. What a horrible waste.

Unfortunately, the management has a poor attitude and less than satisfactory customer service. Arguing with people, who are missing items from their bags. Good food, training/refreshing needed on some customer service skills.
