I have been coming here to this exact store for 5 years, 5 days a week. I have had nothing but deteriorating service over the last 2 months. Today I was asked to wait for 9 minutes because I ordered a new specialty pie. No problem. I'm patient. 15 minutes into waiting, I went inside to ask about my order. After waiting 3 more minutes to be acknowledged, the drive thru worker, who is the best worker her IMHO., came and asked if I recieved my food yet. I told her no, I've been waiting 18 minutes at this point. The cashier who was running the window and had asked me to wait, immiediately got an attitude and said I told you it takes twelve minutes, do you want a refund or what? I told her I have low blood sugar and need my food. She said then you'll have to wait. The pie has just been started. This is now 20 minutes after I've been asked to wait 9 minutes. From this point I asked for the general managers number. They ignored that I asked. Finally my food is ready at 26 minutes into waiting for 9 minutes. The rude cashier now says, with a irritated voice, I'm sorry for the confusion woth your order wait time. There's your food. And goes back to doing something else. This is ridiculous. I spend 5-10 dollars 5 days a week here for 5 years before work. Sometimes come on my lunch. I have been friendly and know all the drive thru workers. I've had several interactions with this worker, and 90% of them have been bad. I once asked for a couple extra ketchup, because my bag only had 1 in it, and I had originally asked for 4. She says there's ketchup innthe bag. I said yes, but only 1. She just stares at me. Until I said, can I please have 2-3 more? She huffs, grabs two, pushes them into my hand and slams the window closed and walks away. I understand customer service can be a shit job, but I've never been anything but courteous to the workers here. I constantly get attitude from this worker and most of the time it's for asking for ketchup. If anyone has the general managers number, or the general manager reads this, please respond. I don't want to stop coming to this restraunt, but this can't continue. It makes no sense why someone is so rude to me daily, when I'm just trying to get breakfast before work. I always smile and say please and thank you. All I ask is for what I order in a timely fashion, and 4 ketchup. I have been reviewing places for several years on Google and have a lot of contributions. I barely give less then a 4 star at least. Until this last straw I had already given this Mc Donalds a 5 star. I'm lowering it to one and I would recommend anyone in a hurry or that enjoys courteous service, don't come here. You won't be treated well.

If a restaurant serves something all day they need to train there employees to not have an attitude when something is ordered. Everytime I come thru drive thru and order a breakfast sandwich after lunch starts there's attitude and smashed food my sandwich looks like they smashed it so hard the biscuit is in pieces. There's no returning it for better quality due to the fact it comes back either the same thing or something worse,this is getting ridiculous, for some reason I have problems at every location and I don't deserve this no one does. I've never been rude or disrespectful to any one at any location. No one returns emails or calls about fixing this problem either. It's shocking that the standards for employees have dropped so low, it's a wonder how they do business like this, it can't only be me that has this happen to

Worst McDonalds in the whole area. They are always so behind on orders, mobile orders, DoorDash etc. the lines are always ridiculous. Even the staff working will see a line up front or people waiting to be helped and flat out stare you in the face and stay in the back. Also in the evening they are under staffed and mess up so many orders. This locations management and operation makes McDonalds look like McCracks.

Sat in the drive through with 2 other people for over 10 minutes. The lady helping us left multiple times while taking our simple order and would go away for multiple minutes and say nothing then come back. It was weird. Took forever .

Used the mobile app to order a Big Mac meal and two McChickens, nothing special, no changes, just the regular sandwiches. I drive about ten minutes (app chose a further store) and when I pull up they tell me I need to park. A good ten minutes go by and car after car go through the drive thru! I finally go in and they hadn’t even begun making my order! Takes them another couple minutes to throw a Big Mac and two McChickens together and offer no apology… avoid this location if at all possible.
Doubt I’ll even get a response from this store based on the other negative reviews.
