Food is great. But the service. Wow. I’ve gone there 3 times now and it’s the same guy every single time and every single time he is so unpleasant to be around. He lacks simple service manners. There’s no such thing as “hello” or “hey how are you?” It’s always just silence and then a minute or two later he says “I’ll be with you in a second”. When your food is ready there is no “have a great day!” or “come again”. It’s just here’s your food and he wants you to be on your way. This guy clearly hates his job working at this location. Someone please have a serious sit down with him about what truly makes him happy and fulfilled because what he’s doing now is not it. This is the Happy Valley Station location fyi.

It's hit or miss. Sometimes the food is as stellar as the original and half the times it is burnt or made entirely wrong (ran out of parmesan so they threw slices of swiss on top instead). It's good from time to time, but with the numerous bad orders I'm much more reluctant to go there more often.

My husband is from New Orleans and was pleasantly surprised that the Jambalaya he ordered did not disappoint. Great flavor and generous portion. The young man cooking receives four stars (out of five) he was slightly abrupt but HEY he was alone and had orders to fill.Busy Sunday but we were able to find a table inside out of the chilly wind.

The “spold” mac with andouille is the BEST food ever invented. Highly recommended.

Agreed with lots of other reviews on here, service is sub par. Mac was so greasy it’s almost inedible. I got charged extra somehow. It was $14.99 and I thought one addition came with it, that’s what the sign suggests. Then added gluten free penne ($2) and somehow was over $19, so I got charged for broccoli (which was like three small pieces) and the gluten free. I would give it one more chance but not rushing to go back any time soon.

I was so excited to try out this food cart as I used to go to Le Bistro Montage back when it was a restaurant. I got the pesto Mac and cheese and it was delicious. What I can’t get past is the service… not that I go to a food cart for service but the whole interaction was unpleasant. There was no hello, there was absolutely nothing, both employees were completely silent the both times I went up. I felt like I was inconveniencing them by ordering. They looked annoyed, bothered and unhappy to be there. It’s sad that such good food is spoiled by unpleasant service.

I got the shrimp Poboy, and it was so good that I got it again right after. My friend thought about getting one after he’s already full after tasting mine. Yo but the chef in here is so good. You can just tell by the way he’s flipping all the food and handles all the orders. This guy can juggle so many things as a one man crew. I don’t know his name all I know is that I mesmerized by the way he’s running the line every time I look inside the cart.

A simple dish and too much mac. Flavor is ok but not impressive.

I hate to leave a one star review for a business! But that's actually a bit generous. I can't remember the last time I took a few bites of something that I ordered and had to throw it away!I ordered the Nacho-ronies and added Jalapeño for an extra $.95. The "homemade" chips were burnt, and the item in a whole was super sour! Was that macaroni marinaded in lime juice?? I think the ingredients were fresh, and it seemed made to order, it's not that. It's just a really awful recipe that is somehow on their menu. I think it tasted like that on purpose! I took it home, wondering is I could recycle the shredded chicken in a homemade burrito or quesadilla or something. Hate to throw money away, but I really don't want anything to do with this still. Super disappointing when there were so many other options at this cart zone that I was considering.Let me also mention how unfriendly the guy was that took my order. No "Hello" when I placed the order and no "thank you" when I picked it up. Just a bad vibe all they way around, and I tip well.Maybe there are other items on the menu that I might actually like, but I definitely won't be back. I feel bad, but this was my exact experience here.

Every time I try to go here, whoever is working has a terrible attitude and it's been awful trying to pick up any orders. Whenever I've actually eaten at the location the food is thrown together with no real care, and honestly doesn't taste very appetizing.

we stopped by the troutdale food truck place and we're excited to see there was supposed to be a delicious po'boy. um...not like bay po'boy this southern girl had ever had. the shrimp were the skinniest, driest thing things i have ever seen. they looked freeze dried. ate about 1/3 of the sandwich and threw the rest away. horrible.
