I come to Noodle Man all the time because the food is always delicious and the service is consistently fast. The portions are generous, everything tastes fresh, and I never have to wait long. Definitely one of my favorite spots in the area!

We ordered takeout from Noodle Man tonight for the first time, and it was so good! We were both very happy with all of our food! My husband even said this was one of the best meals he has had in Happy Valley. We will for sure be back to try different dishes soon!

“ The Worst “ Chinese food we’ve ever had! ( if you can even call it Chinese) Thick bland gummy noodles in the most awful brown sauce,,,Flavorless and disgusting

Went to pick up a to go order. Tells me it’s not ready. A few minutes passes looks at me and slides a bag over. She watches me pick up the bag. I tell her it’s the wrong order and she looks at me and says it’s not mine? Staff are clueless

Delicious noodles! Quick service, great flavor, and great ambience.

I placed an order for extra spicy pork belly chow mein. It was delicious. I feel like some places profile me when I place an order for spicy foods, and pull their punches. Noodleman didn't. Tgeir housemade wontons are delightful and when you ask for real spice, they deliver. Great place, I love them.

Tried Noodleman. Was ok don't have to go back. Food was all stuck together in a lump. Flavor was not special as well as it was all noodle with scarce amount of chicken. Spring rolls were soaked in grease. Seafood fried noodle dish was only shrimp no scallops. They tell you to add any requests to order. I ordered both dishes spicy hot and they definitely were not. Goodbye 👋 Noodleman forever.

I went only to get a snack and they were NOT helpful and I had to repeat my order twice.

Once confirmed YES it came quickly BUT there little to NO crab in the Crab Rangoons!?

I have been here well over a dozen times. The flavor of the food is delicious. I always order b7 which is a soup that comes with chicken AND chicken meatballs. I always ask them to hold the chicken and that I won’t prefer the chicken meatballs. There is often a language barrier but they usually get it correct. This last time I ordered, that’s what I asked for again and they gave me no meat at all. I then explained I like the meatballs and only asked for no chicken. A few minutes later she came back with a side cup with 1 meatball in it. I was so caught off guard… they usually give an about 10 or so in the soup. I thought maybe they would then give me a discount for not getting meat. Once I got my receipt it was the same price. Totally felt like they ripped me off. The staff always seems like they don’t care and often takes them forever to notice we need to-go boxes or a check. We were pretty steady customers but after that, I don’t think I will be back.

I just had an amazing dinner at Noodle Man. I love the handmade noodles, and the broth and accompaniments were delicious, too. My daughter loves their boba as well. In addition to the tasty food, the service was timely and friendly. Also, when I absentmindedly left my purse behind, they went out of their way to return it to me. Thanks! I'm so glad to have this restaurant in our neighborhood!
