Food is average, noodles seemed undercooked...how does a place with noodles in the name serve undercooked noodles. Sauce for the noodles was uninspired. Service at the ordering kiosk was slow and he seemed confused or extremely high.

My partner ordered us 2 crispy chicken Alfredo bowls and they arrived with only chicken and pasta. Where is literally everything else? The broccoli, bacon, spinach, herbs are all completely missing. From your recent reviews, this appears to be a recurring problem. You need to cancel the order on your end if you cannot deliver on your product. That is what you are supposed to do. Stop stealing people's money.

Can’t win. I ordered delivery from here last week and my food was stolen. I tried again today because I like the food. But the expensive extra protein I got, Parmesan chicken was burnt black on both meals. The extra sauce I paid for is missing. I’m sick and tired of people who don’t care wasting my time and money. First time in today. Wife ordered pad Thai, I ordered Korean spicy noodles.
Waited 45 minutes, the beef in my dish tasted off like fish. The noodles were overcooked and gluey. I couldn't eat it. Wife couldn't either. Hers tasted really weird. We both left, won't be back.

Order arrive ice cold, garlic bread was rock hard, mac and cheese separated and cold. Both entrees we got were ice cold and have almost no toppings or sauce. Uber would not give me refund so I will never be back unless made right...just horrible way to throw away 40 bucks

Came in to pick up an online order. Pretty busy and what I assume to be the manager was working the register. Giving amazing customer service but also checking in with the staff to make sure they were doing okay. Love seeing management support their team!

I order here frequently since I work in the mall, majority of the time service and food is okay. I do recommend that the management team trains their staff better. Portion sizes are widely inconsistent and sometimes the items that I receive are not accurate.

Don’t bother. The menu looks promising when you walk in but then you see it and eat and you’re disappointed. Place was dirty, works were slow and I Wang aged and unhappy looking and food was worse than that.

Would not recommend. Ordered three dishes to go, waited an hour for it to come out. Received food and it was room temperature to find out we were missing one of our dishes and had to wait another half hour for it. Food was mediocre at best and I ended up having to heat dishes and re season them myself and add more cheese just for it to taste like something

There is a lot of lacking luster in the food department. It was okay, nothing outstanding, that makes you want to go back for more later. The good didn't stand out as being so freshly made as it did before in the past.
