My review is mostly about the staff at this location. We witnessed a kind employee Coby/Kolby/Colby (sorry, one of the three) offer a houseless gentleman a bowl of Mac n cheese, fresh out of the kitchen. I’m just so pleased to see this kind of compassion and behavior, especially at a corporation/chain restaurant. It was very refreshing to see such a small act of kindness out of pure kindness. As for the food, I’ve always liked it.

Why not 5-stars? Food was great, but restaurant was filthy. Tables, floor, even the pop machine was in terrible shape. We might door dash from here again but doubt we'll dine inside again. I hope the kitchen is cleaner than the dining room.

I had a horrible experience with a cashier named Kobi. He had a really bad attitude and gave me the wrong order twice, along with an extra item I didn’t order. When I told him I only ordered one item, he threw the food in front of me and went to help someone else, saying I was being annoying to another customer. He was rude and didn’t even apologise. However, a lady from the back apologized and fixed my order. I will never be going back to this place.

The Mac and Cheese always seems to have a few pieces of Bacon and Broccoli in it. It seems like an easy fix for them, it’s pretty consistently happening.
For other meals, 75% of the time they ignore the “Remove Parsley” option and it comes covered in it.
Occasionally it’s decent food, most of the times has issues.

Let me start off by saying that I love this franchise. However, this specific location left much to be desired. When we entered the location, there were 3 women yapping in the kitchen, one eating ice cream, hanging out on her phone, and not in uniform (literally in a crop top), as if she were a friend visiting the female employees in the kitchen. This left 1 employee to do everything else (he was mopping, taking orders, bussing tables, emptying the trash, EVERYTHING). However, since he was so busy, he never put out a wet floor sign after mopping, and the floor was insanely slippery. My last stop was the restroom, and there was zero toilet paper (I’m talking none, zilch, NADA) and I had to use paper towels.
Kudos to the male employee for picking up the slack, but the managers should really look into holding all their employees to the same standard, because poor guy was holding down the fort.

Don't plan to go here and get food the last 30 min that they are open because the staff do not think they should have to wait to close down everything until they are closed. Then they will have an attitude with you about it and tell that you shouldn't order food that late!
The last two times I've ordered a regular mac and cheese the dish has been smoky and I've found pieces of pulled pork in it. As a vegetarian I find this disgusting

Food tested like it was a microwave dinner. The chicken Cesar Salad barely had chicken and the chicken tasted like store bought deli section. The pasta had no flavor and the chicken tasted bland. Overall not worth it
