Seriously inappropriate misconduct between employees and management. Food all over the floor and employees on their phones instead of cleaning the tables. Extremely inappropriate conversation between employees and management does not call or discuss false accusations by other employees. I witnessed an employee scratch their head and touch food right after. The health department needs to make a visit on a Sunday at this location. Loud rap with sweating blaring on a Bluetooth speaker. A woman with long hair has hair part shoved in her hat hanging out the other side. This place really needs to be shut down.

This location may be worse than others because it’s in a mall… liked the menu when I looked online but the execution was subpar. They were clearly very busy with online and to go orders because there were only a few other dine in guests. Food took a while which is fine but they brought my meal and my daughters meal and when we asked where my husbands meal was, girl told us she didn’t know… he had to go back up front to remind them what he ordered. Then my daughter’s grilled chicken was rock hard. My noodles were warm but not hot or fresh. They remade the chicken and finally brought my husbands food… everything was edible but not delicious or worth returning for.

Ordered take out for lunch and was not happy. I used to love this noodles and company for a quick bite, but quality has gone down significantly!!! I will preface this by saying I don’t expect anything crazy from a noodles and company, its a chain order at the counter joint. However, the chicken was burnt, the veggies in both pastas were raw, and I had a bunch of bad lettuce that was black in my caesar salad. The one saving grace- the cheesy bread. Bad food coupled with non verbal service… yikes :(

rude staff, broccoli in my noodles were dirty and had gone bad, not seasoned, dry chicken and basically no noodles. why did i get more cheese on my noodles than actual noodles. wish the one in vancouver off mill plain was still

I was served burnt garlic toast. I would have thought it was an accident and maybe they didn’t realize but they clearly stacked the only good two pieces on the top. :/ and all the tables were dirty but one. They weren’t busy at all, everyone who worked there was talking and standing around.
I'm shocked! I used to love to eat at this place but I'm not sure I will ever go back. The entire place was filthy. Couldn't find a clean table, silverware looked like it hadn't been washed and the food was awful! Half filled containers, brown lettuce, watery mac and cheese, employees working with hoods on their heads. I wonder if the owner is aware of what's going on there. So sad to see how downhill it become.

Found this place a couple weeks ago & I love the food here. It has great taste & is totally affordable. I don’t see a reason to ever go back to Olive Garden for overpriced, greasy pasta.

Crazy third time I tried ordering from this place and every time they tell me oh we prefer if you order on the app I get that but I prefer to pay you in cash and do my order now instead of download the app and enter all my information and fill the form out crazy you guys are gonna lose service over something like that just because your workers wanna be lazy and act like they're busy when you have four people behind the counter one which I saw on her phone who said she was busy

I was sad to see that my favorite "Veracruz Salad" was not in the menu anymore but still Noodles and Company is the type of place that you can't go wrong with, whether you feel like sup or a more dry jummy food and service is always great specially on my last visit I was so thankful after I called in to delay my order and they were very nice to help me with this making sure the food was nicely warm and fresh by the time I arrived. Thank you.
