I love this sush place. But there's a new oug waitress that is a little off , my daughter's and I have been eating here for close to year and always loved but the other day the new waitress ask what we wanted to drink I asked what kind of beer they have she said were not serving beer right now I said ok I want a water then my daughter's order what drinks they wanted then I asked what are they serving for alcohol drinks the waitress started naming wines then said Heffen and I said isn't that beer and she said yes so it's weird that she 1st told me that they weren't serving beer right now when they obviously were and I've never heard that from a waitress so the next time we went in she was working and she just gives me weird vibes . She's young so maybe that's part of it but she definitely makes.me feel a little uncomfortable.

Friendly service, but not exactly speedy. Skip the conveyor belt—it’s just a sad line-up of imitation crab-filled California rolls with barely any variety. Ordering from the menu is the way to go; the salmon was fresh and well-portioned. This spot might work for takeout, but the dine-in experience falls flat.

The sushi train was fresh, tasty, and well priced! The service was great and friendly. Bathrooms are clean and well stocked. Conveniently located near the Clackamas Town Transit Center.

Not many items on the belt and nothing was labeled. Wasn't sure how much one color plate was because it was plain tan and not listed in the menu. Slow service/just a bunch of teenagers running around being silly and unsure what's going on and they forgot my miso and someone else's order nearby.

I’ve been waiting for 30 mins for party of 4 and the lady server let the party of 6 after me get the table first so I ask the reason why she did that and she answer “we let the big party go first” never come back this place again

This is my go to sushi place!! Although I wouldn’t say I eat “real” sushi…their jalepeno poppers are the whole reason I started going here and they’re AMAZING. Same with the Musketeer Rolls and Spider rolls (only crab salad rolls, which is why i say not “real” sushi). Although we have noticed a worker having a bad attitude at times- we mostly get take out and it isn’t much of a problem. Love this place, but THIS location, other one sucks compared to this one.

NOPE. I don't know how this place has 4 stars. Makes me question the people that are eating it - do they know what the difference is between great, mediocre, and bad quality fish. Ordered ahi, spicy tuna, tamago, Inari, salmon, hamachi - the taste was bland. It wasn't great, not even mediocre. Unsure where they get their fish from, but the quality is not good. I get that this isn't an omakase but man, this place was not it. Service and cleanliness good. Just the fish quality is not good. Also, the shoyu is watery??? What the heck

Can no longer recommend eating at this place. Service is beyond bad, sushi selection on the train is usually sparse, and restaurant cleanliness has really slipped over the past year.

The fish was warm and the avocado was bad and looked rotten and the coke tastes like water and they had very few dishes out

Would NOT recommend eating here. One of the servers (big lashes and long black straight hair) here has an extreme attitude problem. I don't know if she woke up on the wrong side of the bed or what but the way she treated my party and I was very disrespectful. #1 it took a while for us to order and get our waters when it was not busy at all. We were never given our chopsticks when seated. So then of course we kindly ask one of the servers if we could please get chopsticks. Then she walks away with a stank face and only gets 2 chopsticks for our party of 3. So then again we ask for one more pair NICELY. she then rolls her eyes and when she came back she threw the chopsticks on the table. No matter how bad of a day you're having you don't treat your paying customers badly. The chefs were kind though and food was okay for the price.

This place is a great sushi train restaurant, I want to go back soon, I just eat too much, so I can only go every so often. This place is pretty good.

The food is average with very few roll options that do not contain Krab as an ingredient but, what really hit me was the blatantly rude service we received while there. The staff here is absolutely abhorrent in the way they treat guests! Like they were put off that they were busy. Normally staff is happy that the service they offer is being patronized but, from the minute we walked in, we were treated as though we were inconveniencing them! On top of that, the music was so loud that we had to yell at each other across the table. It was 5:45 PM in a family restaurant, not a nightclub. I won't go back again. If you don't want customers, don't open a business in the service industry.

Garbage service, selection, and quality. Went at 7pm and there were maybe 6 things on the train, and they acted annoyed any time you ordered from the menu. Impossible to find anyone to get drinks or a bill from. Even when you could get something to eat, it was poor quality and sloppily prepared. Not worth the cost when there are so many better places around.

I asked to sear the salmon on both sides, but the chef said he couldn't do that because it would fall apart on small pieces. But the previous chef prepared this order for me many times, always and nothing fell apart. It seems the chef doesn't know how to cook.
