Panera Bread

The seafood platter was beautifully arranged and delicious.

Ordered a bread bowl of mac and cheese, got charged for a bread bowl of mac and cheese. Got a tiny plastic cup of mac and cheese instead. When I called to report it, they said I could contact Uber Eats for a refund (they only refunded $2.90 for my $14 bread bowl) or their manager could refund me in the morning. Poor service, poor quality checks, poor customer service. Never ordering from there again.

I’ve been going to this panera for years now and i usually get food during the day after my classes always and never had a problem. but recently the workers service has been sloppy, and i even got food today after not getting any for a couple months after a bad interaction with a worker and there were literal beard hairs in my soup… french onion soup. it was disgusting and i’m never going to panera again

Wayyyyy overpriced

i ordered the family feast and they didn’t give me the french baguette loaf

The people didn’t help us with our gift card and the place was filthy. Papers all over the floor and the tables were all dirty . . Won’t go back to this location. The one in Gresham is allot cleaner and friendly .

I wasn't expecting the sauce on my cheesesteak to be sweet and tangy but it was delicious. Service wasn't all that great because it appearedto me that the kids at the counter was new. But overall it was great.

Food was to be expected. Workers seemed inconvenienced. Tables were not bussed. Kitchen floors were littered with trash. Staff were all in the back gossiping.
Worst part was the restroom. It is code entry only and would expect a clean restroom. Urinal was horrific (never appeared to be cleaned) and there was a good amount of standing urine on floor.
Just lazy atmosphere and lack of management. I don’t recommend this location.

Panera has never been necessarily great, but it use to be a decent option atleast. It’s gone really downhill lately with tiny portions, high prices, and just lackluster food. The breakfast egg sandwich was rubbery and half cold. The oatmeal was terrible which my son refused to even taste due to its bad look and after trying it myself, I couldn’t blame him.

2 stars only because the staff was present and didn’t force me to order off the ipads.

So the service was great & atmosphere was also amazing! But I have to give a big zero out of 10 for the bread bowl 🥣. It was just 3 tablespoons of soup & a bowl of bread. If you want to spend $12 on the saddest 😢 bread bowl then panera bread is the place for you. Spend more & get less. Shrinkflation is real here. So sad 😞! I won't be back until after they make it better for us all. Fill the bowls with soup it was paid for!

This specific cafe is like the kids table. Go make an order for dine
-in or to-go and just stand around awkwardly like I did. The conversation the deli staff was having was both inappropriate for content and sanitary reasons, strangers talking over the food customers eat. No.

I understand thoroughly what Panera Bread is and even for that this region dishes it below the subpar standards. It's peasant food for over ten bucks and they struggle to serve one bagel with a cup for coffee in a pleasant manner.

I didn’t want to pay cash, but I had to because their credit card reader was absolutely garbage. They cant afford a new credit card reader. Good business practice, always make it easy for the customer to pay not this place. Both of the card readers are broken.
