Panera Bread

I was sick and the only thing that sounded appealing was Panera’s mac and cheese. Unfortunately, when I received my order, the mac and cheese was extremely watery and barely had any noodles—it was essentially soup. It was really disappointing, especially since this was something I was genuinely looking forward to while not feeling well. On top of that, our cookie was missing from the order.
Spending nearly $50 on a meal for two people and receiving food that feels skimped and incomplete is frustrating and unacceptable. Experiences like this seriously make me reconsider dining at Panera Bread in the future.

They don't have raisin bread

Picked up my $50 order including tip and only half of the order was correct and items I paid for were missing. Very disappointed since I was in a hurry and didn’t verify all my items were correct but I should at the very least have the items I paid for. Food was still good but service is sub par.

Long story short. They were in a hurry to close down and when I brought it up she admitted they were actually ready to leave. I also ordered a cookie and didn't get it. I know 30min is close but the service was horrible. I was also there for the cookie that I never got

Clean place, but they're almost always out of every option for coffee even as early as 9am. Makes having a Sip Club membership feel like a huge scam, I've missed my coffee at least four times because they don't keep up with the coffee. The staff also dodge you like you're a literal cougar staring them down.

There is a lack of support from management and it is reflecting on the staff. You were out of quite a few of the ingredients that were necessary, It was not changed online in time for me to pick up my order. The girl at the register was very off putting and actually made me uncomfortable after informing her my order was missing add one I PAID FOR. I was Dismissed to go to the back where I didn’t really know where I was going to ask the people that were preparing the food if I could get what was missing from my order. One younger girl with brown hair was very accommodating, the other girl in the back was also dismissive and was not taking any accountability for correcting the mistake or offering me a refund for the up charge I paid. I get having bad days, but this is bad enough service to where I just felt like I was appropriate to say there is a hostility developed at least this evenings from people are not being supportive correctly. This affects your workers confidence, and makes your business come across NOT well managed.

Great location, great food, mediocre customer service. The take-out pickup is confusing and no one has any idea whether the order is ready for pick up at the front or in the back, including the workers. It’s disappointing, this could be an S tier restaurant

Please don't order for catering. They totally dropped the ball, blamed driver, but then never answered the phone to handle the complaint.

This is the spicy fiesta chicken sandwich online....and what i received in my takeout order. Tasted fine but would've been way better if there were fixins on the bread. OH..and the broccoli cheddar soup was runny and had hardly any broccoli (tiny crushed up pieces).

Thank you to the gentleman manager today 11/18 for fixing my order and making things right. The online app for rapid pick up was a bit frustrating and my sandwich got missed. They were out of turkey and a few ingredients which was a bummer. I understand it’s the mall but it’s a bit chaotic. I appreciate everyone being kind

Didn't realize the location when I ordered, No place to park and pick up. Then the old guy who's supposed to be expediting the mobile orders was extremely rude when I asked where to pick up.

There is flies all over the bagels that they have sitting out.

Soup really watered down compared to other locations. Bathrooms are gross. There is a ring of pink mold on inside of toilets. Obviously not getting cleaned. People working making food ignore you when you're standing right in front of them. This place sucks!

Atmosphere is just ok. Tables are sometimes not clean. But the food is good and the staff is very nice!
