I frequent here and always get my order to-go, staff is always happy and friendly no matter the time. I work for Harley and ride mine there often and turned out that an employee who’s here learning English at PCC from Vietnam, worked most his life for Harley contracted company in Vietnam building softtail frame components. Small world and nicer people. Support local establishments 🫡🖤

I ordered 2 orders of pho to go from this restaurant, and was given the wrong kind of broth, and it was also cold. I ordered the raw meat for the pho, and the broth wasn't even warm enough to cook it. Very disappointing, won't be back.

I get the breast meat chicken pho. The broth is so bold and packs a real punch of flavor. With a big bowl you will not go hungry.

The tv they have is normally playing music on low volume, occasionally it's movies or politics but doesn't distract from the experience.

Will continue to dine in.

Got my order wrong and tastes bad. Absolutely not worth the money.

Amazing!!! Everything was fresh and delicious. Chicken wings and crab rangoons where so refreshing you can tell everything is done right there in the restaurant. Bathrooms could use a lil love but that is the only negative I have to offer.

The pho was over the top healthy which is great but it was a little bit like eating grass. Could have used more flavor as well. I won’t be coming back but it wasn’t horrible.

Everytime I've been here it is sooo yummy!! The workers are very nice as well 😊😊

Bad service today, there are 3 ladies and they do not focus on the service, I ordered the same as always, and they did not pay attention to my order, they ended up bringing me the wrong order, in addition to not being focused on the work, the place looks dirty, a lot of trash on the floor, very bad service, the owner needs to be there or put someone else🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

Lately, the pho noodles just haven't been the same. It is severely overcooked, that by the time it gets added to the broth, it gets mushy and break downs. Can't even use my chopsticks to pick up the noodles, I had to use my spoon. This the the third time I've ordered pho in the past few months, and the noodles have been way too overcooked. It's unfortunate, because this used to be my favorite spot and the noodles were actually noodles, not mush. Please don't overcook your noodles so much that it break downs. Please change this, because this is my go to spot and it's so disappointing to see this happening.

worst pho in Portland Metro. We order pho frequently but have never ordered from this place. Tasteless cold broth doesn't cook meat. Disgusting! I want my money back, NO one in our family liked it we threw four orders in the trash and made sandwiches. Never again.

Some of the worst pho I’ve had better to take the extra 10mins to the pho on Powell I ordered an extra large to go and it was definitely a small. But doesn’t matter because I took 2 bites and threw it away

Diner like lunch place with excellent food. Not super easy to spot but worth the trouble to find. Portions are huge by the way.
