If i could rate this place zero stars i would. I came to eat here with my family and the guy taking orders was just sitting down eating we were waiting to get our order taken and he kept ignoring us. After 10 minutes still nothing he kept eating mind you there was nobody inside so it wasn’t busy. The place is so quiet it even feels weird talking. Over all horrible experiences and costumer service.

Driven past this spot for a while and finally got to try it out. We will def be back. Lots of people getting take out. The inside seating filled up while we were eating.
Can’t wait to come back! Pho was amazing with perfect broth. We also had the crab udon special which was insane- so rich and delicious. Great, friendly service. The place was packed full of happy eaters during lunchtime.

Well, this review is my experience! You should come and see you may like it. 3 stars for This location is limited in the menu and food tastes are not original like the one in Portland. Toppings are also less as well. We were thinking same name, foods are the same but not really. If this restaurant is different name, we won't expecting like the restaurant in Portland.

The staff was just fine but we didn't get ANY of the side fixings for traditional pho. I asked for gluten free so I understand no plum sauce but we didn't even get any Thai basil, mint, siracha, or chili paste, jalapenos... NOTHING! I've tried plain pho (no fixings) before and it's okay but this was legit the WORST pho I've ever had in my entire life and that includes when I lived in Florida, land of the bland. It was basically (aside from onion that was in the bowl already) a flavorless broth with meat. Not worth the price in the least.Went here bc my usual place is out of business and I'm definitely never coming here again. I feel like I got ripped off...Dietary restrictions: Don't ask for any! They will just give you plain broth and meat and onion and that's it...
Great pho from here!. I just find it disrespectful to lie to the customers , telling them they're buying XL chicken pho just to get a regular size. I thought XL meant extra large not regular. Along with having to pay extra for veggies and the dish normally comes with veggies. Please let me know if their is a size difference with the picture displayed

We had to wait for more than half hour for a to-go order of 3 bowls of hu tiu nam vang. Got home with no veggie at all. So disappointed because we are regulars here.
