Phatz Philly Cheesesteaks

I waited a half hour for an order that was placed and not made until I walked up. I was the only order.

I’m extremely pregnant and had a sudden craving for a Philly cheesesteak. I’ve tried a few other places in the are, and was never impressed- so after scrolling on uber eats I decided to give Phatz a try. My goodness! My husband and I were in love. So much so, that we ordered again for lunch the next day. I’m already dreaming of my next order 😋 Cheesesteaks from other places I’ve tried recently were very dry and bland, but these were full of and so creamy and cheesy. There was plenty of meat on the sandwiches as well. The onion rings are AMAZING! My only complaint was that I ordered a side of coleslaw, and there was only about 2 bites inside of the container. The coleslaw also had a unique taste, like horseradish maybe? I liked it, but it was spicy!

I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews here. After eating my food, I looked them up, expecting to see tons of great reviews. My jaw hit the floor seeing all of the negative ones. I’ll honestly say that if I had read reviews before ordering from here then I probably would have passed and ordered from somewhere else. But I’m so thankful that I decided to give them a try on a whim, this is going to be my go-to place from now on.

Tough to rate when the cart is open and no one running it. Lights on, window open, not a soul in site during the lunch hour. Inexcusable!!!

Got food poisoning. Lady was rude. Got shorted $10 in the transaction. Pretty sure they reheated the meat and that’s how we got poisoning. 40 minutes after eating we pooped our brains out. Pretty sure we just threw $30, no wait $40 because she shorted me a $10 (I gave her a $50), down the toilet. I don’t recommend and wish I checked Google reviews first. Thought I was safe because they were at Oaktree Station.

I did not ask for the large but was given the large and there was so much cream cheese on mine I couldn’t taste anything else, I only at a third of it and then threw the rest away. My partner ordered the southwest with chicken but was given steak. Onion rings were crispy but just mid. Service was acceptable.

Rude people. They make you feel like an inconvenience. Didn't greet me or say hi, no thank you or atleast a smile. Sandwiches do not look like the photo the display. I had more bread than meat. Their tip jar is probably full of their own money lol.

Only got the Philly fries. Meat tasted like hamburger meat and not a lot of meat cheese to fries ratio. Might have to try a sandwich for a second chance.

I ordered the large and they never said they only had medium. Then my sandwich comes with literally one slice of pastrami. Not worth the money. Picture in the comments.

Food was so salty. Lady was rushing through the order process but slow food delivery. Chill out on the salt and attitude

Have been sitting watching the service. In 30 minutes, he delivered only one meal. He moves slowly and with no apparent sense of urgency. Sorry to be negative but this was awful service.

Guess which sandwich was served ??The one on left more like a hotdog bun and no filling. The one on the right is what I expected...but didn't get.
