Everything was fine except over the last couple visits the girls up front seemed lazy and not welcoming. The last time one of the girls was downright rude.
Will probably not go back.

Called and placed an order for 3 orders of pork salad rolls. I saw on their website they were $6 per serving. However I was charged $25.50 when I expected to pay $18.50. The only thing I asked for was the salad rolls to not have any shrimp. So I don’t know if they raised their prices and just haven’t reflected it onto their website? But I was a little dissatisfied that the price was more when I saw online it was $6 a serving. I didn’t ask for a receipt or was offered one so I couldn’t see if they were just priced more. But the salad rolls are really good not a bad size. Just be weary of their online prices as I think they have gone up!

Came there to eat with family. We were asked multiple times to move tables, even though there was plenty of space available. After we finally sat down, he had rebsit half of our party again.

Ultimately, after 20 minutes and very poor service, we cannot take it anymore and left this establishment. Extremely disrespectful.

I love Pho Zen so much! As in the name, the atmosphere is very zen, lol. The pho is delicious and the servings are very generous. They have very fast service and the workers and very nice. Me and my family come here all the time and always enjoy.

I visited this restaurant today in Sunnyside. Walking in, the atmosphere was nice and calm, with soft Christmas music playing and cute décor!!! it felt cozy and welcoming.

There was only one server working the floor, and she looked very busy, so I don’t place any blame on her. However, when our food arrived, the soup was only warm. I personally prefer it very hot, especially since it was a beef soup meant to cook the meat in the broth. Because the broth wasn’t hot enough, the beef remained uncooked.

I considered asking for extra hot broth to finish cooking the meat, but given how busy the server was and that she was the only one attending several tables, I didn’t want to add to her workload. This felt more like a kitchen issue than a service issue.

The portions were very generous, which I appreciated, but I was disappointed that I couldn’t eat the meat since it was still raw. I’m pregnant, so that’s obviously not something I can risk.

Overall, the experience was okay. With hotter broth and a bit more attention to food temperature, it could be much better.

The food is good and the portion is better than the other one I tried in the area. The taste may not meet my high expectation but it is delicious. The staff crew is so nice and frequently check on us. The atmosphere is welcoming. Definitely going back more often ❤️

Just tonight, I went to a restaurant with a group of 7 people. The food came out very quickly and was delicious. However, the older female server brought us to-go boxes even though my friend still wanted to keep eating. And her attitude seemed like she wanted us to eat really fast and leave

The food and service were alright, but the service could have been better. They didn’t check up on us often, and the waitress had an upset attitude. We tried the pho, and it was alright. We had way better pho elsewhere. I got the pad Thai, and it tasted nothing like pad Thai. It has a tomato taste to it. However, the portion is massive for the price.
